the visit was organizes and effective.

Dr seems in rush and have no empathy to my problem. l felt like time wasted and ofcours money. Won't recommended, poor experience.

Dr. Decker Weiss is an incredibly gifted and innovative cardiologist. His knowledge and care with regard to naturopathic remedies in unique. I feel very fortunate to be in his care; he's gotten me off of all three of the heart meds while all indicators are that I'm going in the right direction. This only after three months of care. I had a MOH's procedure for skin cancer. Dr. Reed and his entire staff was professional and very friendly. The procedure went smoothly, and I was fully informed. I would encourage people to visit Dr. Reed.

This was my first time at the Quincy office, I generally go to the Plymouth office. It was a good visit, timely, and no pain. We will have to wait until the bandages come off to see the results. I believe it will look fine as I never had anything go wrong at the Plymouth Office.

Dr.Reed & his office team are great ! Highly recommend this office for any dermatology issues. My brother & nieces have been coming here as well thru the years. I met Rebeca Jinga today for the first time for a routine exam and found her to be very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable.

Still waiting for a response after 4 phone calls as to what my procedure will be. All I got was a generic web site.

You will never see Dr. Kenneth Reed in person. only his assistants. His assistants are high professional, and are nice. It is a pain to communicate to the front desk for appointments, and rescheduling return visits. I had to call to re-schedule my appointment. The call was answered by "Lola". She could not hear me clearly because she was eating while talking on the other end of the phone line. She always ends up asking me atleast twice about the details of my re-scheduling, and my records. To top it off, she retorted as if she had better things to do than be at the help desk line. Horrid experience. Even when you are at the clinic, in person, you have to wait atleast 10 minutes for the desk attendants to finish their chit-chat with each other, or what they are eating, for them to accomodate you; which would only take 2 minutes, if they knew what they are doing. Summary: effective medical treatment, unpleasant relations staff. Verdict: if you know a better doctor, with a nicer clinic and staff, go there instead; not here. I have been a patient of this practice for a year now. My appointment was for 8:30 for a mohs surgery. I was taken in around 9:15, then asked to wait in the waiting room to be stitched up. I checked with the receptionist around 10:30 to see how much longer it would be and she replied, " it's going to be awhile"... I was taken in at 11:15, and didn't leave until almost noon. I've had this surgery done on my leg last fall and it didn't take NEAR as long as this.(which by the way the Dr checked my leg and a stitch had been left in since then) I'm not sure what was going on yesterday. but should have been told ahead of time before arriving or when I arrived to be given the opportunity to reschedule if need be as I was inconveniencing a friend who brought me and missed another 11 appointment I had. The treatment I received was, as it always is, excellent. My only negative comment would be the length of time between knowing the surgery piece was successful and the closing of the wound.

I have had great experiences here, staff is kind and helpful and Dr Reed knows his stuff and is a highly skilled surgeon- best of all, they get me right in and I rarely wait!

Despite the fact that the basement exam room felt more like a basement than a exam room, Both doctors Reed and Kohli and support staff were professional and detailed, and explained everything to expect etc. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

The largest organ we have is our skin, one of our very important assets for protection and regulation. Don’t ever take it for granted. This office takes your health and well being seriously. If you really want to do something for your health please get a skin check by a licensed dermatologist. Do it sooner than later because your life could be saved just by one small test called a skin check. Been there for over three years but never met dr Reed. Before I had this opinion is like just an average dermatologist with secretaries more talking about their life’s outside work and indifferent to patients. Today after met dr Reed I can tell is not an average dermatologist. His presence itself gives the impression of this doctor know his stuff. And it is he is very good. I had a very pleasant first visit with Dr. Reed. I was seen on time, which is a big plus with me. Audrey was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I was impressed with Dr. Reed. I have been going to Dr. Reed for approximately 15 years now. I have skin littered with freckles and moles that need to be checked frequently. All the staff at his office is awesome. They are friendly, accommodating, caring and have great follow-up. They are super responsive which is not usually a strong point for a doctor office. Dr. Reed and his staff have solid bedside manner, I always feel comfortable. He is an expert at what he does and has even removed suspect areas from my face to great satisfaction. This guy is horrible. Did a hack job on my brother. Then the site was infected for over a month. My brother walked around with a gaping infected hole in his back. Dr. Was very matter of fact about it. Didnt seem to care at all.

Waited 50 min before been seen and that’s because one of the staff members forgot I checked in and assumed I was waiting for someone. Appointment was quick, Dr Reed said he was going to send in prescription to my pharmacy. Never Did.. On top of that, got billed in the mail for my copay and when I called the desk they stated that they don’t recall me paying and asked if I can email them the receipt so they can adjust my bill. I went in last week to remove a handful of skin tags over my eye and I couldn't be more happier with the results! The Doctor was very welcoming and did a great job removing them. You can't even tell that they were even there. I defiantly recommend him and this office!

I went to Dermasap to see about a small spot on my nose that I scratched which would heal then recur. They did a biopsy and it came back as basal cell so we proceeded to remove it. Dr Reed did the surgery and Dr. Broderick (a plastic surgeon) closed the site. There was no noticeable scar. It sometimes happens that basal recurs on the healed tissue, especially with exposure to the sun and that happened. They removed the recurrence and it has been fine since, I am now more careful to use suns
