Very thorough and empathetic doctor and staff. Dr. Rice makes time to check the patient to explain the problem and it's solution. I had a very good experience with him and his entire staff yesterday. The nurse was warm, and was gentle with my dressing. He took the time to show me my x-ray films and explain the situation, after giving me a good complete checkup. I would refer this practice to everybody!

They always take care of me quickly here and Dr Rice is very thorough

My recent experience with Dr. Rice was horrible and embarrassing. As I tried to explain my situation, he (paraphrasing) told me to hurry up because he had a full house. I felt very disrespected. He proceeded to write a prescription for a medication that I told him had not worked for me in the past (and in fact caused adverse reactions). It was clear he wasn’t listening and just wanted to shove me out the door as quickly as possible. Horrible bedside manner. He took my $100 co-pay & didn’t help.

As people arrive ahead of the practice opening, it would be nice for people to secure a ticket (from exterior box) to show the order of arrival so no conflicts between patients on who signs in first.

Everyone in the office was nice and professional. The information I received over the phone was accurate compared to when I arrived. The prices at this location are better than that of my previous urgent care and the treatment and staff were more pleasant. I live far away but would go out of my way to come here again based one my experience today.

Very nice place to come to professional staff and caring. Have so much medical equipment no need to go elsewhere for X-ray , etc.
