Dr. Kenneth Jayendra Shah

It is clear that Dr. Shah cares about his patients and is probably a pretty talented doctor. I appreciate the time that he spent looking at my notes after hours. Like many others, the wait time that I had to endure without proper explanation from his staff is very disappointing. Whether it was improper scheduling or human error is beside the point. It causes additional anxiety that is frankly not needed with patients who are already stressed about their condition.

Most thorough doctor in town. He goes over everything and found something my previous doctor did not. He has saved both mine and my husbands lives . We have been patients for years and trust him with our whole being. May he have good health as well.

THE best doctor in this zip code and state. Been through a few who rushed me out, took too long to see me, or frankly didn't care. I felt like the other doctors were just trying to write a scrip and collect quick moolah. Heard about doctor shah from a coworker and thank the heavens for him. Genuine, patient and just a good guy. Highly reccommend.

He seems very knowledgeable and has done more for me then other heart doctors last 13 yrs. I feel better and he answers all my questions

Physicians are very careful indeed who we ourselves see for our own personal medical care. Dr. Shah is simply OUTSTANDING as an internist and cardiologist--he is one of the most brilliant physicians I have ever known with a multidisciplinary memory across many medical specialties. He has a methodical mind which systematically considers different diagnoses to arrive at the process to ultimately find the correct diagnosis utilizing his vast network of top-notch colleagues in different specialties. I have personally seen him work hours extra to make sure his patient got the best possible care--even on his day off or after normal working hours, often with little or no compensation from insurance--just to DO the RIGHT THING. He cares about his patients; they are not just numbers to him. What a lot of people don't realize is that often payment after insurance is only a fraction of what the patient is charged since the insurance is the middleman, often paying doctors very little a year later...The honorable ones like Dr. Shah do their best for their patients anyway, regardless of how little it may or may not be appreciated or how little they are actually paid. You will not find a more caring conscientous doctor. I got the shortend with my children and grandchildren but dr shah treats his patients as if they were his own family. God bless him and his staff.

This practice has EXTENDED HOURS and is open on Saturday. It makes a HUGE difference since I work 8-5 on the weekdays and find it difficult to do anything other than work on those days. I frankly am exhausted. Thankyou Doctor Shah and staff for making this an option. Best to you, David.

Dr. Shah is undoubtedly a knowledgeable doctor, and his medical service was good, however he seemed more interested in telling me how much he was doing for me, and less interested in answering my questions. He kept stressing how seriously ill I was. But when I changed doctors, discovered that Dr. Shah was exaggerating. I had one major health issue, which was fixed. And I'm in much better health than Dr. Shah led me to believe. He loves to tout his accomplishments, and tell you how he has gone out of his way to help you. My anxiety level went through the roof when being cared for by him, but now have a better doctor who tells me the truth and is more reassuring I would definitely not recommend Dr. Shah!

I am a new patient of Dr. Shahs. During the pandemic so much in life has become difficult and he is the one good thing I can count on. My health is in safe hands and I am very glad to have found a doctor who actually cares for once.

Thank the Lord I got referred to Dr. Shah. He saved my life and my husband's life twice. I finally felt that I was being heard and understood. God bless him and his staff.

The most thorough, honest and professional doctor I have ever had the experience to meet and take control of my health. I love Dr. Shaw even though the wait time is very long most of the time. He is thorough, caring, and serious about the heart health of his patients. Also, Dr. Shaw gives me all the info regarding my case accessible online and paperwork, and he gives it to you straight good or bad. There are always downsides to every doctor, no one is perfect and should not be expected to be..if the services provided give you a peace of mind then your visit is good. I was misdiagnosed for so long until a family friend recommended Dr. Shah. He is as amazing as she said. He takes the time and effort to explain medical stuff in a way that we understand. He is patient and answers any questions we have. He also asks about how we are doing overall (family members, work, etc). He genuinely cares and I only wish I found him sooner. The wait time is long as with any medical office, but he is 150% worth the wait. Bless him and his staff.

Dr. Shah goes above and beyond. I have had many encounters with doctors or professionals in general who just try to get money out of you, but this man is the opposite. It is refreshing that there is a fine physician who actually remembers personal anecdotes from previous visits and asks about the family. Thank you Dr. Shah for fixing my heart and being a stand-up gentlemen.

Paid all my bills and keep sending me new bill. All they want is your money.

Get a second opinion and copies all of testing and 2 last notes to have when you see your next doctor. My request along with the new doctor office went ignored. By the way I didn't need the procedure that Dr. Shah stated that I needed.

The reviews on this doctor are accurate. He does not devote his attention to one patient and keep me waiting while he helped someone else. As a paying customer he should focus on one person at a time.

The office staff was very kind and helpful in answering my questions. However when I met with Dr. Shah although he seemed very thorough he seemed to be rude and short with me. I waited an hour and a half and after our consult I got in my car and Was very upset. I will not be returning to this doctor.

Dr. Shah hasn't been my cardiologist for years. Unfortunately insurance companies and bureaucracy plays apart in network coverage. Its been twenty years that i dont talk about that guy. My cardiologist now even ask about him. Dr. Shah is a great doctor . But even a better human being.

Staff is wonderful and caring. Dr. Shah takes his time in discussing your life and stress affecting you, recommendations given for every aspect. He has thorough follow-ups and consults, reviewing every test, making it easy to understand! Highly recommended!

My opinion Doctor only concerned with money. Find someone else.

BAD PRACTICE! Poor service in 2011 & on - JUST got a collection call for a bill we paid in 2013! Awful staff & bookkeeping!

Office staff very nice didn’t wait more tha about 15 to 20 min Dr Shah seems very smart . He’s just gets to the point. Was going to be going on vacation so got a stress test done in 1 day to make sure I would be ok while he was gone.

I was recommended to Dr. Shah by two of my other doctors. He has been taking care of my wife and I since we have moved to Nevada. He takes the time to go over everything and also asks about how we and our family are doing in general, not just rushing us out like any regular customer. He is a blessing in our lives.

Dr. Shah has kept me alive for almost 20 years. He has gone to great lengths to keep me going. Some think all the test he has is for money. To me he gets all the information he can to treat me as necessary. He has gone above an beyond the call of duty to check on me. He called on me in a rehab facility after an operation I had that had nothing to do with him, but came by to check on me. He showed up at hospital when I had hernia operation to make sure they knew I had heart problems.

This Dr. and office is all about themselves. You will wait for at least 2 hours to see Dr. Shah. their follow up is horrible and had to call three times about presciptions Dr. Shah prescribed and still they were never sent in to pharmacy. The office and treatment of patients is the worst!

Terrible customer service. The first visit I waited for approx. 3 hrs. and spent approx. 15 minutes with the doctor so I scheduled a second appt. On the second appt. I waited for approx. 2 hrs. and never spent anytime with the doctor. Finally walked out of the office. Poor way to run an office or to treat his customers!!

In my opinion Dr. Shah is only concerned about money not the patient. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Shah for 2.5 years then we moved to Texas and planned to live in our RV. Dr Shah assured us that we could get prescription refills on medicatition until we found a Doctor to our likening near the place we plan to live. Three month later we need refills. We call office and did not get an answer to our request for 2 weeks. Then they called and said we need $75 each for the doctor to refill..

Dr. SHAH is very thorough , kind, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Shah is nice enough, but the office staff are unfriendly and difficult to work with. Appointment times are nowhere near accurate, prescriptions not refilled on time, altogether unorganized.

I would very strongly recommend Dr.Shaw to my family and friends.I reside in Summerlin Las Vegas, its located on the other side of the valley, but certainly worth the drive.

Poor time management skills! If he can't even manage a small office, I don't want him managing my heart! Both appointment waited over two hours to be seen. I walked out of last appointment after waiting two hours. I work 12hr night shifts at a busy hospital and I woke up early for this appointment. I could of gotten two more hours of sleep! He also put down my anti-aging Dr saying he's just after my money then he tells me he going to start doing anti-aging, what???

He's the best Dr. Very caring & takes his time with each patient. Goes beyond what is required of him. I would highly recommend him.
