Very good Doctor, just wish their office would get back with you since they are only open 2 days a week and this week it was only open 1 day. I called early in the morning and was told they would call me back. They never did now I have to wait an entire week to try to get some help.

Doctor Tonymon is a wonderful and caring doctor. He is so compassionate with his patients and does the very best for us. I travel 300 miles one way to make sure I receive the best treatment. I've known Doctor Tonymon for many years and he is a wonderful doctor and a great man!

The doctor and all of the staff were friendly, professional, and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable for my consultation. The doctor took the necessary time to completely explain everything and answer every question I had. Empathy, experience, and emphasis on the patient’s needs were obvious. I had been to several chiropractors over the last few years trying to avoid surgery. Dr. Tonymon sat down with me and looked at my MRI. He showed me where the problem was exactly, explained what he was going to do to correct it while making his sergical notes on a legal pad during our visit. His plan made more sense than grafting bones like others suggested.  My surgery was completed on 12-20-2021 and I feel that I was granted a miracle from god through the skilled hands of Dr Tonyman and his staff. I already have so much range of motion back. My physical therapy starts on 1-24-2022. I highly recommend Dr. Tonymon. Dr Tonymon and his nurse, Linda are so personable, so easy to talk to. Dr. Tonymon is straight forward in telling you if surgery will help or is definitely needed. I came in this office in so much pain, it had shut down my life. Dr Tonymon did my back surgery and was successful in alleviating my pain. I totally recommend Dr. Toney man as a physician for back surgery. He is a very caring doctor with the vest bedside manner you could ask for. I had to wait six weeks for an appointment but the wait was well worth it. My surgery was excellent and I am in rehab doing great. My pain is gone and I am a different person because of him. The Doctor seemed great when I met him all the way back in June or July. UNfortunetly, I have not been able to get in to see him and follow through with his plan to ease my pain ever since. This office has issues !! We discussed a procedure that I was all set to do… but I can’t even manage to get a freaking appointment. FOUR (4) months of my life WASTED trying to go ahead. NO ONE answers the phone and NO ONE calls you back! On the rare occasion someone did answer, it was always the receptionist, of course, but she could never help me to schedule an appointment for my procedure, and I’m right back where I started, waiting for a return call that never comes. Dr Tonymon is one of the best surgeons there is. He’s thorough. He listens. He is a perfectionist

Dr. Tonymon takes what can be very complicated and makes it easy to understand so that a balanced decision can be reached. He will not recommend more than what is needed for the current situation. He is very passionate about neurosurgery and enjoys the field. I trust him.

Had a surgery in March. Had 2 discs replaced? Now I hurt alot from a bone spur that's there yet. Now waiting to see when that will be done. I hope real soon because I hurt

My first experience with Dr. Tonymon was in Fort Smith AR at Baptist hospital I went in for an MRI and found out I had severe back problems. Without hesitation he came to the hospital and explained to me what was causing me to fall a lot. I was admitted to the hospital and surgery the next day. He has very good bedside manner and showed me that I was important. He explained to me the procedure he was to do. He’s operated on my back in three different places and he impressed me to the point that I followed him to northwest Arkansas. He takes pride in his work and you couldn’t ask for a better neurologist. Thank you Dr. Tonymon for being there for me. Do the words “patient abandonment” mean anything to you? Well I went in for an appointment to schedule a disc replacement surgery. I was told to get two more x-rays and I’d be scheduled ASAP because I was so highly symptomatic. I got the x-rays and then was completely ghosted. I finally got ahold of someone and was told they wouldn’t schedule my surgery and it could be days or weeks until I heard more and they had no other information for me. A week later I finally got ahold of someone and was reluctantly told Dr Tonymon wasn’t happy with the insurance reimbursements. Keep in mind, the longer my surgery is delayed the greater the risk I have for permanent damage. I was given no guidance. No information about timing or any other places I could go. No direction. I took it upon myself to get in touch with another facility. I’ll be having my much needed surgery in a couple weeks. Dr Tonymon has kept me in a lot of pain and completely in the dark due to lack of transparency. I would NOT recommend this place if you want to be treated with the service you deserve. Doctor Tonymon was very knowledgeable. He studied my tests results until he had a plan of what needed to be done. He discussed the plan with me so I could understand. He completed my treatment which was surgery on my neck and back. He continued treating me even six months after surgery to keep I formed of my progress. I was a bit concerned about visiting another neurosurgeon from my past experiences. But after I met the nurse Linda I felt very calm relaxed and at peace before my appointment begin she’s wonderful!! 10 star plus! Dr. Tonymon, I have to say he is the most kindest compassionate caring surgeon I have ever met in the 15 years that I have dealt with my problems with my neck. I have to also mention he goes through your MRI’s thoroughly efficiently and explains every single detail about your issues he explains what to expect and what you need. For the last 24 months I have been experiencing extreme excruciating pain and living with it because I was so afraid that I would not get the help that I needed I complained for three years previously with other doctors in Little Rock Arkansas and got nowhere all they wanted to do was give me epidurals and they did not care. Doctor Tonyman Actually cared enough to explain to me why I was in so much pain I was upset that I had went through so much suffering and was not getting the proper help in the previous years it all made sense to me why I had been suffering for as long as I had. I had to have my 3rd back surgery and when I came to, my heart rate was in the 30’s and so they couldn’t give me pain medicine, but they sure didn’t seem to worried about my heart rate. When my heart rate did get better, Dr Tonyman still refused to give me any medicine that would, actually help control my pain at all. The very next day his nurse practitioner came in and ask me if, I was ready to go home and I said no because I was still in to much pain and feeling very weak. She said that she would go talk to Dr Tonyman and tell him, next thing I know is that the nurse from the hospital is, coming in and telling me that I am being released. I never even seen Dr Tonyman after my surgery, he was over a hour late getting to the hospital for my surgery and then he was too busy to come and tell me why he was releasing me, even though I was hurting so bad and feeling so horrible. Will not refer him to anyone else ever. Some neurosurgeons look at my neck and say they're uncomfortable with a surgery or not going to even attempt surgery so far up my neck. Dr. Tonymon fixes my botched surgeries and is skilled, experienced, and confident enough to do difficult surgeries all day long, while other surgeons aren't able to even consider attempting these surgeries. Dr. Toneymon is an amazing Neurologist. He took such good care of me and the day after my surgery I could walk.

Dr. Tonymon actually takes time going over things with you. Explains the problem, reviews MRI's/X-Rsys, etc. Truly makes sure you understand what may be wrong & what can be done about it!!!

My husband had an appt January 26th. He needs surgery and and, he is in a lot of pain. We were told they wud get with us to schedule possibly February 8th or the 15th. We tried to call them 4 times without even a call back. We have not been pushy, just trying to make plans for our Spring. We find it strange.

Had surgery last October. Dr and staff were great till after my surgery. Dr did not show up to the hospital until late the next day. I addressed several of my concerns then and he was very short with his answers. I needed to go back to the office several times after and to the ER several times. He could never explain why I was having the pains I was having. His office took days to return my calls. Then Dr Tonymon stopped returning my calls. Went for a second opinion and Just found out after 7.5 months that I need a second surgery because the fusion did not take. I would not recommend this Dr. He does not have enough clinical time and does not follow through after surgery. Was a horrible waste of my time and money and still in severe pain. Waiting on Feb. appointment to see if he can actually help me or just tell me I am a hopeless case and there is nothing anyone can do to help me with my pain! Dr. Tonymon is just phenomenal!! He replaced 2 cervical discs for me in 2019. I have had zero complaints, full range of motion, pain free since day after the surgery. Dr. Tonymon spent an incredible amount of time reviewing my MRI with me, going into great detail. When it was time to undergo my procedure, I knew exactly what was going to happen and why. I was referred to Tonymon a YEAR AGO! Got the call yesterday to confirm my appointment this Thursday. Today I get a call and " unfortunately" he will not be in and the earliest they can schedule me isn't until late May. I've only had chronic pain since 2017 and it will be 3 years and two and half months before I get in is straight up ridiculous! I had lower lumbar surgery by him and continued to have pain and also had caused me to have impotency. Had to be sent to another doctor who had to perform two more operations to try to correct problem and I am still impotent because of the surgery. Should have sued, but didn't.
