Dr. Heady has been taking care of me for 6 years on my ankle. The stuff is so good to everyone and so polite, and Dr. Heady is the best he listen to the problems and try his best to find out whats wrong and his nurse is the best. I would recommend Dr. Heady to anyone

I've seen Dr. Heady for a number of years and he has always been thorough in his assessment, patient when I ask questions, and a great communicator. It's apparent that Dr. Heady has an abundance of medical wisdom. Thank you, Dr. Heady, for all you do!

Always a pleasure seeing dr. Heady he and his staff at either office are very pleasant and go the extra mile to make sure to provide what ever help you need or require and take the time to listen no matter how many issues you need to adress. Always courteous caring and compassionate.

I believe in Dr. Heady and the work he does. He could spend a little more time with patients and make sure all the questions are answered.

Dr. Heady performed a major reconstruction of my right ankle and foot. I found him to extremely friendly, supportive and ready for my questions and concerns. The staff are great! I just cannot express how pleased with this entire event.

All of the staff is super nice and friendly. I love how they called me by first name. I got to my appointment early and still only had to wait 5 minutes before they called me back.

It was refreshing to encounter a knowledgeable specialist who had great listening and attentive skills. I highly recommend Dr. Heady! He took the time to answer my questions in a succinct manner that I could understand

Staff is friendly and Dr Heady has taken care of me during all my appointments and surgery for my broken bones in my foot. He answers all my questions and explains the procedures and possible outcomes.

He was professional, honest, and succinct during my first post-op visit. His innate calming manner made me feel comfortable in the medical environment of the treatment room. Above all, he’s approachable. He answered all of my questions in detail and treated me with respect.

I am a new patient so I do not have a valid assessment as yet. So far I am pleased with the front office handling and the Dr is proceeding in the direction I was expecting. I am anxious to proceed with a care plan that will enable me to walk with out so much pain

An overall poor experience for us. We didn’t feel like we were being heard. He had his mind made up about what I needed before he even spoke to me. I did not feel heard.

Dr. Heady is thorough in his explanation of surgical procedures. He's also personable and conveys a sense of competence and compassion. I also like that he seems calm and collected when, as a patient, it can be stressful to discuss the possibility of surgery.

I have been a patient of Dr Heady for years, he is the only surgeon i trust with my feet. He takes such good care of his patients. He has squeezed me in several times I've needed him. I truly respect him and will always recommend him to all my friends and family.

I had a horrible experience with one of your doctors this morning. I was referred to your clinic yesterday and amazingly was able to get an appointment scheduled for today. The gal on the phone who scheduled me was kind! The gal at the front with long blonde hair was kind! The gal who took me to my exam room, Renee, was kind! Then Dr. Heady came into my room. And the kindness came to an abrupt halt. He greeted me, asked me why I was here, and when I tried to tell him, he cut me off while I was speaking, raised his voice and leaned in closer still with voice raised. Telling me basically that my doctor who has been working on my case for over 4 years was wrong, has given the wrong diagnosis and in fact is steering me in the absolute wrong direction. Keep in mind, Dr. Heady hadn't even heard my explanation yet of what has been going on. He continued to berate me. I tried to tell him that I just had X-rays in April and didn't want to do them again, he just kept speaking over me in

How was my experience? Not good....not good at all! He did an additional procedure while I was under anesthesia that he had previously told me he would NOT need to do.. Recovery was amazingly painful and slow. A year and a half out, and I'm still suffering. I will not return nor recommend him to anyone!

Extremely happy with the surgery on my foot. All the possible and potential problems were explained to me.

Dr Heady has seen me through some very trying times through the years. He is so kind. His staff are wonderful. I have been his patient for an extended timeline and when I'm ready to give up he's not. He has kept the faith and restored mine as well. I wouldn't be enjoying my current good situation if not for him.

Dr. Heady did surgery on my foot in 2015 for a bunion and 2 hammer toes. These abnormalities were corrected but my foot has never recovered. It's been 2.5 years and my foot still feels like it is swollen, numb and tight. It's hard to find shoes that are comfortable. I think there is nerve damage. I was also not happy to discover that my 2nd & 3rd toes had had a joint fused. He may have told me beforehand, but he usually spoke so fast I could not understand all he told me. Knife happy jerk that did not explain anything except - "we have to have surgery right away. Thankfully I got another opinion and have had no surgery and my wound is 10% healed with no infection. CAUTION!!!!

The staff was always nice and respectful but the therapist gave up early on me as not the correct course for healing - I agreed and we stopped appointments (paid by the VA - I am a disabled vet on outpatient community care to help with back pain). They marked me as a no-show and then charged my account $25 for the no-show. This month they reported me to credit bureaus for SERIOUSLY DELINQUENT $25!!! Are you freaking kidding me???? Dr. Heady fixed my broken ankle in 2013 and recently did surgery on my daughter's ankle. He is kind, patient and does a great job. The office staff is amazing there as well.

I don't know where to start. Waited for 45 minutes and then the doctor came in. My time is just as valuable as his!!! He spent a total of four minutes with me, didn't look at the x-rays, and determined I should come back in four weeks. This is after being out of commission for six weeks. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!! It's a waste of time, money, and patience!!! Extremely aggravated!!!

had him do foot reconstruction for cavus. After initial exam we had more questions, went back the same day (couple of hours later) and they worked us in so we could ask our questions. I asked if another foot surgeon on staff could look at x-rays and confirm the diagnosis, maybe give a second opinion, and they did so with no questions. Had no problems post surgery and will have no questions about him doing my other foot.; Very concise in his diagnosis and plan of action to take care of the issue.

Called office to schedule appointment for second opinion for Jones fracture. Advised he would look at my records and stated then decide if they would consider giving me a second opinion in a very snotty manner. I will not be going there

My experience with him was horrible he took me into surgery done surgery didn't do what he said he was going to do and I had to go to another surgeon to get it fixed the proper way.
