I was referred to Dr Fogarty by another doctor because he thought I was having trouble with my retina. He was abrasive, rude, degrading, etc. I told me that he had passed over a post-op patient that morning basically to see me. I guess I wasn't good enough because I didn't end up having a retina problem. I wouldn't let him treat my dog. I was scared & hurting. He had ZERO compassion. When shining a light in my eyes, asked if it was bright enough & sarcastically told me he could make it brighter.
