Cleaning went well. On time, professional (all staff), and relates well with customers. Highly recommended. However, their paperwork drill has several issues. The physical forms require repetitious information, and it had a false statement. The forms require a date at the top of the document, but require the signature to be dated as well. The document also states I was provided the HIPPA privacy statement when they didn’t do so. Instead, they pointed to a lengthy legal statement on the wall. Why isn’t this provided before the visit? In fact, why aren’t all the forms requested PRIOR to the visit? One of the forms had words on the right side clipped off. Why aren’t the forms simple by topping each section with “Has any of the following changed? No? Skip this section.” Why aren’t the forms electronic (i.e., tablet or sending via e-mail before the visit)? Time to get into the 2000s! You have a new facility but rely on outdated manual forms.

On February 1st I had a cleaning done by Dorothy and saw Dr. Cross for an exam. I have seen Dr. Cross many times and think he is an excellent dentist. Both he and Dorothy are the reasons I am a patient at Middlesex Dental.

I actually saw Dorothy Jakubiec for a check-up, x-rays, and cleaning. dorothy always does a fantastic job.
