I have an incredible amount of respect for Dr. Farmer. Very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and an incredible surgeon. He saved my livelihood. Thank you Dr. Farmer

When I developed severe pain in my shoulder, my primary doctor recommended Dr. Farmer as an expert in the matter. After discussing my symptoms with Dr. Farmer, he thought I’d injured my rotator cuff. Right there at my first appt, he injected steroids into the area of pain. I left feeling better than I had in months. The pain, however, has returned—Dr. Farmer said it might. I am about to make my second appt, because of the faith i gained during that long appt (and the many pain-free months that followed). Dr. Farmer, I’m sure, can take me the next step down the road to a permanent solution. Medicine isn’t perfect, but this doctor is excellent: He listens well, is efficient but doesn’t rush, is smart, and involves the patient in decisions. I don’t know what more I could ask of a medical professional. Dr. Farmer is on my permanent list of best doctors in the Gainesville area.

Never felt like he wanted to be in the room. Does not give full information on your problem. He also does not do guided steroid injections . Have had 2 of thoses and the infection were given to me by another doctor. I’m thinking if you’re a surgeon that can’t or won’t do that injections.

Brilliant surgeon that helped me get back on the playing field. Operated on my right knee and it's feeling great. Thanks Dr Farmer! Pass on this guy at your own risk.

I cannot express how blessed we feel to have had Dr. Farmer attend to our son in time of need. Without trauma or known cause, the head of my Tyler's humerus began to die away. Dr. Farmer dealt with our son by way of careful study, brilliant medical expertise, kindly focus on Tyler's personal needs regarding maintaining healthy lifestyle, and a humble ability to consult with other doctors along the way. All this resulted in a total turn-around for our son. What more could we ask? Thank you!

Very knowledgeable, went over the course of action and laid out a plan to get my acl reconstructed and rehabilitated. I did feel a bit rushed, but that might have been because he had 3 interns and an assistant with him

I went in for an exam and because I was in pain, and had not slept the night before I was a little out of it. I didn't bring anyone with me, which was a mistake, they must have throught I was after drugs or just trying to get out of work because they treated me with little respect, and no compassion. I felt like a piece of meat on the table. I will most definitely find another place to go.
