Dr. Richard E Kinard

Dr. Kinard is wonderful. I have gotten 3 epidurals from him and they definitely have helped to decrease my low back pain. There was hardly any wait time from the time I arrived at the facility, and I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes to get taken in to see Dr. Kinard for the procedure. I would recommend him and Orthopedic Institute highly!

He was AMAZING with my Mom’s (Wynona Trevarthan) severe pain in her neck…..his injections were life changing and for that we will ALWAYS be grateful to his expertise! God Bless him!! Susie Blankenship

Dr. Kinard explains everything he is going to do and then when he performs the procedure he also explains as he does it. Very kind and concerned doctor, which you don’t have anymore.

I am so grateful to have Dr Kinard as my pain specialist. After a tragic fungal meningitis episode from a contaminated steroid injection I had no idea I would ever be able to have pain relief. Thanks to Dr Stephenson and Dr Kinard Iwho assured me I would be safe having more injections I continue to function on my horse rescue. Yes I will eventually need major surgery but Dr Kinard who is so personable, caring and gives you a feeling of relief in his clinic im able to function at a somewhat normal level. He has worked miracles for me as an individual with chronic pain I highly recommend him and the great team at TIO in Gainesville and Ocal.

Dr Kinard is one of the nicest and most caring doctors I have met. He was honest and very up front about my situation. He did the Kyphoplasty procedure and gave me my life back. No more pain and I can stand up straight for the first time in a while.

He has never seemed to mind dialogue and questions, and always takes the time to answer thoroughly. He also has a gentle and understanding approach to his procedures that make them tolerable and informative. He continually checks in throughout to see how you are doing, and even makes sure you are doing ok following the procedure as well. The types of procedures he does are not easy, and are definitely not something you hope to have to go through, so you if you are looking for a kind and talented doctor in this area of medicine you cannot get any better. Excellent physician. Dr Kinard is extremely kind and compassionate and does an excellent job injecting a degenerative joint condition in my foot. He's the best!!
