Appointment was on time; Dr. Logel was pleasant and focused on my injury and explained it in layman terms. I was referred to a Physical Therapist for treatment.

Having seen 3 other doctors for my foot since Dr. Logel, I can confirm he is the least-caring physician I have ever interacted with. As a surgeon, he looks at all patients as binary options: can I operate on them or not. He told me surgery wasn't right for me and then dispelled any alternative treatment option as if he would rather leave the room as soon as possible. Leaving a patient in pain shouldn't ever be the last option on the table, especially when every other doctor i saw recommended a host of additional treatments. I wish doctors like this would leave the profession instead of leading vulnerable patients astray so they can quickly move on to the next patient.

Excellent care as always.

This is my second surgery with him, I had such a wonderful experience at the surgery center and he did a great job on both of my feet at 2 different times. I would recommend him and Raleigh Ortho for any issue you may be having.

Dr Logel is so personal and takes the time to answer all my questions. He showed me the before and after pictures of the surgical site. It was a good appointment with the cast placed.

Dr Logel was barely in the room, didn’t do any new X-rays or discuss my urgent care ones with me, did a cursory exam at best (touched my ankle for 30sec max), didn’t listen to me, and then got upset when I said PT wouldn’t work. (I am pro-PT and have seen their PT team for a lot of things, but right now I can’t because I’m immunodeficient and advised not to by my doctor.) He didn’t even offer any suggested exercises, just treated me with indifference from beginning to end. And then he left. It was abrupt and insulting. No true care was provided. It’s 7 months later now. My ankle is still injured. I’m about to see someone else who hopefully will treat me with basic dignity. I was earnestly surprised how smooth and straightforward my follow-up appointment was. Dr. Logel had answers to all my questions but largely answered all of them in his initial analysis of my second x-ray.

Dr. Logel took the time to explain my issues. Shared x-rays and whst could be done to fix it. Absolutely an amazing surgeon. His entire staff are prompt and care about you as a patient. I highly recommend Dr Logel. Excellent bedside manner. Anticipates and answers all questions. My surgery (one year ago) was a complete success.

Excellent service. Easy to talk with and he explain things with ease to understand. Very happy I made the choice to go to Raleigh Orthopedic.

Dr Logel is the best! He shows the x-ray images to me, and explains what means what, and more important, where. It is a real privilege to have him take care of my injury. It looks like I'm in this for the long haul, but instead of shilly-shalleying about it, Dr. Logel let me know what's on the horizon.

Dr. Logel made me feel comfortable and took probably 25-30 minutes explaining how my surgery went, what to expect throughout my recovery, and reviewing the x-rays with me. He listened intently to my questions and was patient and thorough in answering them. I feel very confident in his surgical abilities and have had a very easy, virtually pain-free 2-weeks post surgery! Dr. logel is without a doubt one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I’ e ever met. He is also very good at what he does. Would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Logel seemed completely uninterested in finding out what is causing the pain in my foot, which was the reason for my visit. He spent less than five minutes in the room speaking with me and did not ask any questions about how my foot feels- when, where or what causes pain. He told me to buy some inserts and do PT. Apparently this doctor is only about easy fixes, not finding root causes. That is a lazy doctor. One star given because that is the minimum allowed; it should be no stars.

Dr. Logel and his team are second to none. Everyone from his patient administration to his surgical team of nurses are so kind, hilarious, and genuinely care for you. Their main concern is your level of comfort and consistency of care from start to finish. Dr. Logel himself takes his time with each patient. Any questions or concerns you may have, he takes the extra time and care to explain and ensure that you fully understand exactly what’s going on. I really cannot say enough about this team. Everyone is helpful and courteous, and the practice seems very efficient. Dr. Logel has been very helpful in monitoring me post-surgery for a broken tibia and fibula. I would definitely come back if I ever need to.

My experience with this office was great. The staff were all friendly and pleasant to deal with. The waiting area was very clean. The doctor was easy to talk with, on time and made me feel comfortable. I would return to this office and see this doctor again!

Check-in was fast and on time. I was taken for x-rays after which I only waited about 15 seconds for Dr. Logel to arrive in the exam room. He was cordial, informative and sympathetic to my needs. He answered my questions thoroughly and I will be scheduling surgery after the holidays with him this week. I feel like I'll be in good hands!

Dr. Logel is a great orthopedic doctor.. Takes time to talk & explain what is wrong, and the procedure.. He has an excellent staff.

The wait time was just as "advertised" and Dr. Logel is so friendly, yet so professional, I'd advise anyone I know to schedule an appointment with him if their situation/problem was similar to mine.

Dr. Logel is exceptional! He addressed all of my concerns with patience and compassion. He is immensely knowledgeable and I know that I am in the very best care for my lower leg/ankle surgery. I had an unfortunate accident that required surgery very quickly and Dr. Logel and Raleigh Orthopedics was able to get me seen and scheduled ASAP. Dr Logel is an excellent surgeon and I’m very pleased with the bone fusion surgery I had in late February. The follow up visits have been excellent as well……taking time to thoroughly explain things, what to expect etc. I am so pleased that I am scheduling bone fusion surgery on my other foot with Dr Logel.
