From office staff to surgical center care I had excellent care. Doc Brown is optimistic and professional. I had a polyp removed from my vocal chord. It was easy and I found him trust worthy.

If no star was available, I would choose it. I saw Dr Mark Brown at Raleigh ENT. Not very pleased with the service I received there. Dr Brown never called me back about the CT scan results. His nurse finally called (after my many attempts) and said it was negative but no info or directions as to what my next steps should be since the symptoms are still present. I am still having the pain under my right ear and neck down to the sides of my throat. I paid $216 for him to run a scope down my nose to find nothing and a negative CT scan with no further details or plan of treatment. I’ve never had results from a test and the physician not speak with me regarding those results and my next steps toward a treatment plan or follow-up. Would not recommend

Good morning, My experience with Dr.Brown and his staff was very pleasant. I was evaluated and treated with great kindness and concern. A great sigh of anxiety has eased off of me. I will mostly certianly come back if necessary. Keep up the great work! Sincerely, M. Wiggins
