The Office And Staff Are Very Friendly. And Dr. Lukenda Is A Very compassionate Doctor And Is A Trouble Shooter With All Of His Patients Medical Issues.

The absolute worst drs office I have ever dealt with The office staff is so rude and very unprofessional No wonder they can't keep real drs in this office and all you get is a drs assistant I started going years ago and just pulled out of the parking lot upset from the unprofessional ladies in this office IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A REAL DRS OFFICE KEEP LOOKING CAUSE THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE

I've been a pt for 20 years. Yes there' a wait, but who wouldn't wait for good care? The office staff is very helpful & friendly, even when they are being treated badly! I have a condition for which i have to visit every 3 mo. Ive seen the ladies treated very poorly by impatient visitors & think they handle themselves very professionally under the circumstances. Its a very busy office and the girls work very hard and professionally to make everyone happy. i wouldnt change offices.

What a shame the office staff is so unprofessional, I have called many times to make an appointment or to just ask a question about my meds and every single time I deal with the older women that frankly should have retired years ago, she is nasty unpleasant and rude. I know quite a few people that go there and feel the same. Dr lukenda is a good doctor and I don’t understand how he does not read his reviews and make changes.

I used to like this doctor. Lately they are loosing customers, and they try to get you into the office for no good reason. They require you come in for an appointment every time you need a prescription refill, like every 3 months, for no reason. The women at the desk are incompetent, rude, and don't care about the patient. It's too bad I have to find a new doctor after more than 20 years as a patient.

Dr. Lukenda has been my Doctor for over twenty years. I would highly recommend him and this office. I have a high level of trust for Dr. Lukenda. He genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Lukenda is a phenomenal doctor. He has gone above and beyond for my 91 year old mother. If it wasn't for him I'm not sure if she would still be here with me. He takes as much time with us as needed, he listens to my mom and is never in a hurry to get our appointment over with. People, if you are waiting to see a doctor that's really a good sign that he takes his time with patients. He is the best there is...

I cannot really rate Dr Lukenda because I did not have a chance to see him. I made an appointment for me and my husband for a physical exam for 10:45 this morning. We showed up early to complete all necessary paperwork. After waiting for 1.5 hr in the waiting room we were brought to a room by a nurse and she said the doctor will be with us shortly. After another half hour we simply gave up and left the office.

You need to fire your phone receptionist. She has the worst attitude. I had called to ask a few questions regarding my records she had hung up on me while I was asking her another question. and NO I DID NOT LOSE SERVICE.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lukenda's for well over 20+ years. He's a phenomenal physician. He really spends time with you to help you understand anything and everything you want to know. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. He's always willing to help and encourages you to call him if you are having a problem. His staff on the other hand. Disgusting. Most uncaring, selfish, UNPROFESSIONAL, unfriendly and LAZY. The receptionist is the absolute worst person I've ever had to deal with.

Dr Lukenda is wonderful if that could be your only contact. The office staff doesn't help. Don't expect a return call when voice mail is left. Don't expect your prescription modifications to be handled or that your pharmacy will get a return call. I received a call from the pharmacy to say they have called 3 times and no response. I have called 4 times, left messages with no response. Don't expect any help by dialing '0' her only response is send it again. I sent it 3 times already. Useless.
