Dr. Kevin Benjamine Mcbride

So I am very sick. I call yesterday 1/4 to get guidance, meds a phone call and nothing recieved. Call back 1/5 8am told nurse will call me right back. 2 hrs later still nothing. A few more calls in between begging for help after 2 days at 430 I'm told meds sent to pharmacy. Go to pharmacy they have nothing. 6pm get notified they have something FINALLY!! Dr McBride is a great doctor but the office staff is seriously lacking in communication and sympathy for the sick patient

Dr . McBride left every person hanging with out a doctor in his Melrose office. I finally got hold of a live person at the Stark Location. That person told me they where the office manager. And every one got fired from the Melrose office. Dr. McBride was only in the Melrose office two days a week . This Doctor and his staff all his staff need to be held accountable. The phone number is still on at Melrose office as of today no one has ever called back. No information posted on the office door in Melrose. At first I thought it was just the covid 19 thing. This is not . The first person I spoke with came out with a lie a stated they sent out letters. The office manager changed that story and said they didn't send out letters because they where fired what ever that means. They never sent out letters. I asked the office manager why they didn't call ever pt at that office? That's less than a days day's work ? No reply from office manager. This is NOT a covid 19 issue. This is flat abandoned of pt. Oh btw this doctor doesn't take the same insurance from Melrose to his Stark office. If this Doctor will let his pt hang and abandon them in one office he will do it again be warned.This Doctor also well knows that there are very few available in Melrose. Dr . I've been a patient of Dr. McBride for over 20yrs. He is awesome.

Dr. Kevin McBride is an outstanding Physician. He is an excellent, caring, patience professional. I have been a patience of Dr. McBride for over 10 years and his staff have been awesome. He has always provided the care that I needed and recommended the appropriate prescriptions that assist my medical needs. I will recommend Dr. Kevin McBride for outstanding medical care.

Awful. Guy doesn't even hear you. He gave me psychotic medication for back pain. He actually said "we are done here!" When I asked why

Dr. McBride is an excellent physician who takes time to discern issues and make quality recommendations. He gives good time to his patients every visit. I've only had great experiences with him. He's been my doctor for over 10 years. I trust him totally.

Very little face to face time during appointments. Most of the time, he's heads down at his computer. I always feel rushed. I think he cares but is too caught up in electronic record-keeping to practice the kind of medicine I think he wants to practice. He's poor at following through. Staff seems dysfunctional with slow response to requests, refills, etc. Other reviewers attribute this to overworked but I'm at the point where I'll be looking for another provider.

He is a nice man and I believe he cares; lots of elderly patients who don't get the care level deserved. He is spread too thin; misses CRITICALLY IMPORTANT health & RX info. Can't get in even if urgent; ill-served by lazy, unprofessional (possibly some overworked) staff who never return calls, never respond to important calls and questions, don't get prescription refills done, never follow thru. They would never make it in any half-way decent medical practice or any biz. NO. NO. NO.

Hollering at staff hollering at me. Criticizing staff and me!! Over prescribed antibiotics ( verified by follow-up) Ordered care I was not qualified for. Released my social security number. Authorized phone number for service providers who were offering services i didn't need. I have given this info to Medicare fraud and office in Melrose FL (Melony) gave copies of info left on my kitchen door by providers who stated that tx ordered by Dr McBride
