Dr Neal did excellent wk on my son femur bone that was broken and he’s a very kind and caring Dr ! Wouldn’t want anyone else to take care of my son ! Glad my son has him for his Surgeon

Dr Neal disappointed me very much by not having the courtesy to call and inform us as parents on a delayed surgery. Very inhumane having to go through a third person speaking in his behalf and not explaining or answering any of our questions directly. How can I trust my child in the hands of a doctor that doesn't have any bedside manners. First it was an emergency surgery and scheduled for the next day , the moment we left the hospital got a phone call from his scheduler and told us that we have to reschedule for next week 7 days later and whoever told you that was emergency was wrong..at that point I told them I don't trust this doctor anymore since he did not have the courage to contact me as a parent to explain my daughter's situation... Dr Neal has done surgery on my granddaughter on 3 different occasions. He is an AMAZING surgeon and I wouldn't choose anyone else to care for her. He listens, answers all questions and is very compassionate. Top notch!

Dr. Neal is just amazing...he did my granddaughter scoliosis surgery..Jade is doing so well, and after only 3 months she barely has a scare. I love the staff, and Dr. Neal is the best.

Dr. Neal was amazing with my son's surgery AND the aftermath. So thoughtful, thorough, and attentive, even while he was "off call" and on "vacation." Can't think of a better way through difficult spinal fusion surgery.
