Dr. Kevin Scott Pinski

I have had several appointments with Dr. Pinski and he is the only dermatologist I trust. He does not do unnecessary surgery just to help a hospital be more profitable as some have that I have experienced, nor does he rush through his appointments to squeeze in more patients to make more money as others have that I have experienced. Dr. Pinski makes accurate diagnoses and takes the proper courses of actions to benefit his patients, and at very reasonable costs. I would go to Dr. Pinski or not go at all (I'm going later today and have full confidence in him).

I do not have enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Pinski and his staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Pinski's for years and trusted his guidance through various dermatology related issues. He has always been kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Most recently (the last 3 months) I have undergone XTRAC laser treatment for vitiligo. Let me preface this with saying that this laser is not easy to use, and requires a highly trained technician to administer. I have been working with Mari De La Roca, a medical laser tech, and she is absolutely incredible. She is caring, compassionate, and meticulous. She's also a rockstar with this laser because once your color comes back, you then return to fill in smaller areas that are missing. It's truly art. With Dr. Pinski and Mari's help, I can say that I have close to 80% of my color back... and I'm still in treatment and thus expecting more color to resurface! The color has repigmented on my face and hands, and I am ecstatic with the results. I look like me again, and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart! You have made a world of a difference in my life. P.S. The front desk and other staff members are also really nice and helpful. Given everything going on with COVID, they've been so great about checking me in quickly and safely. They always have something nice to say too. Shout out to them as well! Dr. Pinski pushed to remove a small mole on my neck which he said could be cancerous. I've had this mole on my neck for over twenty years, and have had countless doctors say it was benign and there was no need to remove. Pinski was aggressive in pushing to have him do the procedure. I decided to have him remove the mole and have it biopsied. It came back benign, as every previous competent physician noted it would. Additionally he did not remove the sutures but a person that appeared ill trained, if trained at all, bumbled to remove the sutures. When I asked where Pinski was, I was told he had already left the office. When at a later date I spoke to Pinski to ask why he hadn't removed my sutures or examined the wound, he said this was how his office operates. He doesn't routinely remove sutures or examine post operation wounds. Pinski seems much more interested in creating revenue for his office than in the care and treatment of his patients.

**BUYER BEWARE*** DR. Pinsky is the run of the mill, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN CON-ARTIST! My mother went to him six weeks ago for Botox and Voluma injections. She is in her mid sixties, and for her age, her skin is in relatively great condition . She’s never smoked, and has stayed out of the sun for the better part of her life. Nevertheless , she went to Dr. Scammer, not expecting any miracles, but in hopes that her areas of concern would be addressed. There was a subtle difference in the few days post procedure, but the major areas, around her cheeks and between her eyes on her forehead were completely the same. Fast Forward to today: My mother and sister go to him for the follow-up and naturally my mother expresses her disappointment in her results, and in true matter of fact form, he says “ once I open a syringe, I have to charge you, and there was nothing her could do!” That was that! Absolutely no concern for his patience results or satisfaction ! I pray that this review will prevent another elderly patient, like my mom, from being tricked into believing that this man is anything more than a Charlatan, whose practice is in hustling, hard-working people out of thousands of dollars! Even though wait times are a pain once in awhile (hence the 4 stars), staff is courteous and Pinski is knowledgeable and very smart. He will work to resolve your issues quickly and efficently. I can't speak for cosmetic procedures, but he cleared up my psoriasis and kept it under control when others could not. Thanks! Keep up the good work. I visited Pinski Dermatology as a preventative measure before my wedding. The doctors and staff were very professional and took the time to develop and walk me through a personalized plan to make sure I looked great for my big day. I been to see Dr.Pinski for several skin issues over the past six months and have found he and his staff to be very personable, caring and knowledgeable. I had several moles removed with no scarring.
