Just saw Dr Tomera today and found him to be very knowledgeable and explained all my issues very thoroughly. He even showed me catscan pictures as he explained everything. I very highly recommend him. He has an excellent bedside manner.

On time , professional, confident in his work and his profession. Makes you feel very welcome! Good bedside manner. I am having a surgery and he explained it in full detail. Answered all my questions even insurance based. Nursing staff was super nice , patient, and helpful!

Dr. Tomera was absent from class the day medical school taught patient communication skills. Nevertheless, he's a good urologist, knows his stuff.

The doctor fails to explain the plan of treatment. I felt rushed. Didn't feel any desire from the doctor to help .

Dr. Tomera is infamous for terrible bedside manner with a mercurial temperament, prone to fowl language, impatient with dialogue, and errors in surgical procedure. A device manufacturer actually had to advise Dr. Tomera to relocate the incision for implant. Hopefully Health Grades will hold Dr. Tomera accountable where the Steward network fails.
