I have used Dr. Kim in the past in fact I’ve spent quite a bit of money with Dr. Kim she does excellent work however, I don’t believe I’ll go back after being talked to the way the receptionist talk to me. I understand being busy and I understand the rules. I also know how to talk to customers. And treat people with respect.

Dr Kim is the best dentist that has ever treated me! Her hygienist and the rest of her staff or professional, well trained and friendly!!

I lost a crown over the holiday weekend. I waited until the following Monday to call knowing they were closed. I called for two days, even texted to the number they requested to text to. Absolutely no response. To this date I've never been contacted. As a new patient I find this kind of response terrible! She is not people/service friendly. As a senior citizen I would not recommend this dentist! For the record I called her competitor just down the road from her. They took me in immediately, Parish Dentistry. Dr Kim and her staff went out of their way to help me get the teeth I wanted and make sure I was completely satisfied as a customer. Thanks yall!

Had a dental abscess and she treated me as a new urgent patient. She was thorough , caring, smart and very confident. I couldn't have had a more positive experience.

I love going to this office! Mrs Dr Kim Murry is so sweet and lovable. Dr Murry and her assistants are very professional and very gentle with your needs. It's the best experience in having braces put on at my age. I highly recommend Dr Murry for all your dental needs. I love my dentist!

We were from out of town but her staff got my daughter in for an emergency appointment within the hour. The entire staff was courteous and attentive. Dr. Murray was delightful - so professional and friendly - we wish she was our hometown dentist. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr Kim. I broke a tooth and they got me in very quickly then took excellent care of me. From Terra at the front desk to Autumn then Dr Kim everyone was friendly, efficient and caring. Visiting dentist is low on my bucket list but I doubt I will ever find a better doc. If you have a dental problem or just need checkup and cleaning go there!

She is gentle, honest and professional. She is correcting problems other dentists have either neglected or missed. I would recommend her to anyone. I am always greeted warmly by her staff and seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time.

Staff was super nice till they couldn't numb me then acted as if I was my fault that I could still feel pain and that I was overreacting to feeling pressure So I left the dentist with my tooth not getting extracted and no pain killers - Lady at the front desk even smiled at me about needing pain killers - what's funny about that? They suggested I go to the hospital after they were supposed to help me in the first place - beyond rude. One of the things I needed to do was to see a dentist to make sure my mouth was healthy for the transplant .... We went to see Kim H. Murray DDS today in Llano ! Kim and the girls there are awesome !! Everyone was so nice !! I'm scared of the dentist (childhood thing) but Kim is so great she made it a great day !!??So if you need a dentist go see Kim !!

I like Dr. Murray. I don't have dental insurance (which is worthless/not cost effective). I didn't tell Rachael how much money I have- or anyone else-nor where I get it . I might have inherited, I might be a "kept man," (I'm certainly attractive enough), I might be blackmailing someone-like an ex wife or business partner, I may have a trust fund. Following a horrible experience with another dentist, walking into Dr Kim's office was like coming home to a hot supper after a day of chopping cotton. I instantly liked her and everyone in her office. I was treated professionally, courteously, respectfully and I've never experienced less discomfort from a visit to the dentist. I'm so glad she's years younger than me because that means I'll never have to look for another dentist for the rest of my life. That's a great feeling.
