Dr. Kimberle Ian Monda

Dr. Monda came highly recommended, but I left my appt not understanding why I need a root canal and several cavities filled on teeth I’ve had no problems with, nor see any discoloration.. and the jaw pain I went in for, I have no answers about. I came to this office as a new pt, and felt very rushed along. Dr. Monda didn’t introduce herself, she spoke to the dental assistant but never directly to me and answered my few questions very hurriedly. She looked at a few of the taken X-rays, but didn’t even look at the lower jaw area I’m having pain and swelling in. I’m left really feeling like I need a second opinion.

Horrible person. I lost my job in 2008, and had 1 month of health / dental before I lost it. I was also planning to move in a month. I went to her for a treatment, and she said I needed a crown. So, knowing that I was moving and losing my healthcare, I had her take the impresseion and have the tooth made, which we agreed would be mailed to me at my new address. Before I left her office, she held the impression in her hand, and insisted that I pay in full before I leave that day. Feeling uneasy about it, I asked her if there would be any problems, and she said no. When the tooth was mailed to me and I took it to the dentist in WI to have it put in, he said the impression was so bad, that he never would have allowed it to be sent to have a tooth made from it. The tooth was very large, and did not fit my mouth / gumline. I believe Dr. Monda knew this, and just didn't care. Basically, I had to pay out of pocket for another tooth to be made. I tried to get my money back from her, but she wouldn't refund me anything. It was my problem. Again, shitty woman, terrible experience. Don't go to her.

Horrible experience, veneers fell out 3 times, now my jaw is off, new veneer doesn't fit.

Dr Weiss and the staff. Did a all on 6. Upper teeth replacement. I am very happy and pleased with the quality and professionalism off Dr Weiss and the staff. Highly recommend any body wanting to get dental implants to use this dentistry office. Ron M

I recently had Dr. Monda fit a Crown for my broken rear molar. From start to finish the process took less than two hours. The office used an on site 3-Dimensional camera and printer system to create a perfectly fitting Crown. No more getting a temporary and having to return in two weeks to get the permanent. I absolutely recommend Dr. Monda to anyone needing a new or replacement Crown.

Terrible bedside manner. Always seemed rushed and unable to take the time to explain anything. The receptionist at this office is extremely rude. They do not tolerate kids here (one dr yelled at my 4 year old) staff was planning there coffee run while my 3 year old was in tears getting an xray.

This Dentistry / office is Amazing! The staff and Dr. Monda and Dr. Weiss are unbelievable. Same day appointments. I love these folk's.

Adequate care was not taken to ensure that pain medication was in effect before cavity procedure started. Dr. Monda continued even though it was expressed that pain was felt. Additionally Bonnie and Melissa (office staff) do not listen to questions and concerns and are curt.

I love this dentist my dentures look so real she goes out her way !! The receptionist Linda is great !! I highly recommend her !!

Not worth the lost teeth and thousands I’m spending to get Dr Monda’s work corrected. I had 6 minor cavities filled, of which two were placed ON the pulp causing agony. My new dentist (upon doing a root canal) quickly discovered that in addition to the fillings being too deep, they were fractured under the fillings. Meaning a crown is not an option. Since they’re molars, fillings will only last so long before they need extracted. In addition to this nonsense, she doesn’t buff her work, or file

Best dental experience I've ever had. Removed the bad filling my previous dentist put in and put in a new one, and it looks like a normal tooth, so now I don't have a hunk of painful metal in my mouth anymore. 10/10, would come again.

Always have a great experience at dr monda's office everyone is always so nice. I may be one of there top ten favorite patients. Definitely recommend this office to anyone.

They make me very comfortable, no one likes going to the dentist but at least they make it a pleasant experience.

My schedule is very hectic but they always accommodate me which I appreciate

5.0 star rating 1/13/2017 I have been going to Dr. Monda for years. I honestly don't know what I'd do if she wasn't available. I have been able to get into be seen on VERY short notice which with my schedule has been a life saver! Her office is convenient AND friendly. Dr. Monda is very kind and she explains things as she goes so I don't feel overwhelmed. The front office woman is very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance issues which is so important these days.

I called the office to make an appointment as a new patient. I was put on hold after telling them I was a new patient - I sat on hold for over 5 minutes, I called back thinking they forgot about me and Bonnie stated in a nasty voice. I will get to you when I can- I have another new patient that just called and I am getting information on - SO she puts me on hold to take care of another new patient. Think I will take my business elsewhere. Plus she is nasty.

She did a terrible impression of my tooth, one where the gum line didn't even show, and yet, she decided to have the lab make the crown and ship it to me (I was moving and losing my health insurance). The Dentist in my new town said it never should have been made. I tried to get my money back from her (she wanted complete payment of the crown, before I left town). She wouldn't give me my money back and said I could come back to Pittsburgh (600 miles), and have a new impression made.

Dr. Monda treated me like I wasn't even there. She talked about my teeth to the assistant but not to me. In fact, she seemed inconvenienced when I asked questions. Her assistant however, was fantastic. I probably got the best cleaning I have ever had from her. It is unfortunate I won't return to the practice because of the dentist.
