Looking for another primary care physician!

Doctor Kim always listens to my concerns and she is very thorough. The young ladies who work in the office are very friendly and adhere to what your needs are.

Everyone was friendly and professional however I wasn't able to get the pain shot I needed because they were out of the medication. It would've been nice if someone had called me then I could've rescheduled my appointment.

Very good and interesting narrating my issues with the Doctor and with a good and understanding response.

Dr. Bethel was so caring and compassionate with what I was going through.

My doctor is the sweetest person and I am very happy to have her as my doctor when I leave her office I feel good about my care and health.

The personnel were pleasant, patient and helpful.

Dr Bethel listens carefully and responds after hearing our concerns.

It was my first visit

Sat in waiting room for 45 minutes. Checked at window the Lady that checked me in put me in as a no show, but she took my co pay and gave me a receipt. How could this happen. This is the second time this happen. I think same person checked me in each time.

Dr Bethel is the most caring and professional doctor and I am glad she is my doctor.

This is a place to go for your health check-up.

Everything was just right for me

I always have a pleasant visit every time I visit and I love the staff, they are so professional and always have a pleasant and friendly attitude where they make you feel that you truly matter, I love ?? them and Dr. Bethel and Nurse .

I would appreciate a shorter wait time for scheduled appointments.

I waited almost an hour to be seen by the doctor. Something needs to be done to limit the wait time or, at least, explained the reason for the long wait. In spite of this, I was pleased with my visit.

I was in the for 45 minutes after having my vitals and blood draw. No one came to check on me and I never saw the doctor. I left the office because I had another appointment. My appointment was 1:30 and I Ieft at 3:00 without seeing the doctor

The workers are very friendly and personable. My only complaint is the wait time for the actual doctor to come see you. I have only had 2 appointments with this office and both times I was over 30 minutes for the doctor to come to my room.

I love, adore and have complete respect for Dr. Bethel!! She is one of the finest and most intelligent physicians I have ever seen. In fact there's only one other physician that I trust as much as her and he is a specialist. I trust her with my life I would never change doctors she is at the top of her class and I really, really and truly respect her medical opinion. And not to mention she's a friendly person with a down to earth personality so that makes her even more relatable while still being professional and extremely intelligent.

I have been a patient for over 30yrs. Dr. Kim Bethel, understanding of your medical needs are outstanding.

I have been going to Dr. Bethel for many years, Ive had some major medical issues she has seen me through and kept me mentally together, I wouldnt take take anything for her she is great and my doctor rock,

I would never recommend anyone to see this doctor. Her care for my mother was nearly non existent. As far as I am concerned she contributed to my mother's death. I had to call her 5 days after my mother was admitted to the hospital. I don't think she ever came to the hospital until it was too late. We had to ask her to review and supervise all the prescriptions being administered by other specialists! Dr. , no Ms. Bethel Murray had no sense of urgency and acted as if she did not really care.

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
