Dr DeSantis takes time to talk with you at your appointment. She goes over your records to see if there are changes.

Dr.Desantis takes the time to really listen to her patients. You feel like you are in a partnership towards keeping yourself as healthy & well as possible

This is Mary Sayman. I LOVE my physician, Dr. Kimberly Desantis, and her staff at Endwell Family Physicians. They are caring, friendly, and actually listen to their clients. The Walk-In is also excellent. I have been going there for many, many years. They are the Best!

Uncomfortable and not easy to talk to. Found another doctor at UHS Endwell and I love her!!!!! Yet because I told Desantis office I was not happy, several days later I received registered letter saying they are canceling my services for all doctors and walkin. Like I would ever go back. Nice team spirit Dr. D. Needed a Doctor not a cheerleader.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Displays the usual Dr. attributes. DOES NOT LISTEN. Hey it happens. This person is horrible and needs to re-read the hypocratic oath....regularly. Thank you..

A very compassionate and caring doctor. Followed up with me as to how I was progressing the day after I had an appointment . Spent a great deal of time with me to explain my medical condition and to make sure I understood what was happening and why. I have full confidence in her diagnostic ability and her relationship with her patients.

We've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Desantis in the care of our son, as well as with other physicians at EFP. However, it seems that they do not have enough office staff to support the practice. The automated phone system, which requires you to listen to a lengthy message and then wait in an ever-present queue, is frustrating. Messages do not always get returned, and paperwork is not handled in a time manner.
