Usually have some wait time but similar to other doctor’s offices. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Elliott is kind but straightforward. Her competent and professional manner make me feel like I’m in good hands.

My experience was very good. She answered all my questions and scheduled tests.

She is truly the best!

Dr. Elliot was very patient and helpful in treating my problem.

Dr. Elliott takes the time to listen to my concerns without being in a hurry to get out the door. Sometimes you have to wait a while if they are busy but it’s worth the wait in my opinion. She’s a thorough, smart, and compassionate doctor and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr.Elliot was amazing, as always! She has been my son’s doctor for 15 years and he wouldn’t see anyone else!

Dr.Elliott is amazing. She is gentle and kind to my girls. Speaks softly where they aren’t scared of her. I would highly recommend her for all ages!

Literally the best ear doctor I've had and I've had plenty. I have had many sets of tubes in my life and hers are the only ones that stayed.

Dr. Elliott and her nurses are awesome! They are patient, kind, and very thorough.

Dr. Elliot is by far one of the best physicians I've ever seen. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I have trusted her to do surgery on my daughter 3 times now (tubes/ adenoids, tonsillectomy, and a tympanectomy) I feel confident in her abilities and experience as a surgeon.

After all the positive reviews I was excited to meet Dr. Elliot. I was in the office almost 1.5 hrs and I think she spent a total of 45-60 seconds with me. She opened the exam door and said hi but never introduced herself. She did answer all my questions but I was a little taken aback by how rushed everything felt. I would highly recommend Dr. Elliott. She is very professional and highly attentive to your needs. The office staff is also very friendly and professional.

Dr. Elliott was attentive to my questions and concerns, and offered understandable and practical advice. Explained clearly various options for care and resolution of problem.

I see Dr. Elliott for chronic otitis media. Her competence has always been exceptional. My only comment, which doesn't reflect on her, is that people as myself that are hearing impaired have a very difficult time understanding speech when a mask is worn.

Dr Elliott was very nice. Took time to discuss things with me thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with the diagnosis. After months of treatment, I did end up having to have the surgery she recommended. Everything went great & I can already tell a tremendous difference I had my surgery at their surgery center on the 3rd floor. All the staff there was so kind & caring. Dr. Elliottis very confident in her field. I highly recommend her. Dr Elliott was very nice. Took time to discuss things with me thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with the diagnosis. Excellent patient care, explained everything clearly and diagnosed my issue very quickly. Very pleasant and easy to understand. Went the extra mile by cleaning my ears even though this was not related to my problem.

Dr.Elliot was kind and patient with my daughter. She had a bad experience at the hospital and was very afraid upon entering the doctor’s office. Dr. Elliot and her team were amazing with her and helped her overcome her fear. Would recommend to anyone.

Only issue was waiting 50 minutes before getting into a room.

I LOVE Dr. Elliot! I was knocked unconscious taking a fist to the face in the 90's. I was left with a fractured eye socket and bone under my eye, along with Sixth nerve palsy causing double vision. I had a concussion and a family member made the decision not to have the fracture repaired. Since I'm back in Mobile, Dr. Elliot has drilled open where the bone was closing off the infected sinus that grew wrong. I have chronic sinus infections that turn into staff, that became MRSA. MRI last week shows disease of left maxillary sinus and right sphenoid sinus. The daily sinus headaches and migraines keep me down. On daily antibiotics for a year she's sending me to UAB for another Specialist second opinion before we do IV antibiotics thru a pic line. She is my HERO exhausting all measures for my care. It will never be normal but she has helped me tremendously. If you are in an abusive relationship...RUN FAR FAR AWAY, or you will need my HERO, Dr. Kimberly Elliott! I LOVE Dr. Elliot!
