This organization is shady. First they ghosted, then they blatantly lied and when their sales pitch was challenged, they tried to intimidate and coerce I would not recommend Hospice Austin to my worst enemy.

I lasted all of two months working for a for-profit hospice. Never again. I have been so happy working for Hospice Austin, and there is a huge difference working for a non-profit. Mainly, patients and families come first. I know every decision that is made is for the benefit of the patient, and you can't say that about for-profit hospice companies.

I will never stop talking about how wonderful this organization is. Everything we have asked for they have provided quickly. Our nurse Carol is a truly gifted professional. I can’t believe the (very few) negative reviews on here. My experience is that they have been EXTREMELY attentive, caring, patient and very reliable. I would be lost with out them. As a nurse myself I think I have a more realistic view about what can and cannot be done in our situation but Hospice Austin goes above and beyond every day. I’m crying with gratitude when I write this. We are so thankful for you guys.
