From the front desk clerk, to the nurse staff all the way to Dr. Lazarus everyone is great! My oldest daughter loves going! They care but are also laid back. It's a very cozy and family like facility. Love it!

Dr kimperly she is very good and nice but the front dest are always so RUDE transfer them to another doctor .

extremely rude person working at the reception. Dr Kimberly should pay attention to that. I transferred my son to another clinic because of how disrespectful, discourteous and unmannerly the receptionist are. In kid's clinic, They don's smile in your face even if you smile and say good words to them. It's so hard to reach out to them by phone. This morning 10/21, after many tries of calling to get my son's shot record, she refused to send it by email and said only by fax or pick up before just ending the call abruptly without saying bye or confirming anything !! I gave her a fax number and have been waiting for almost an hour now and haven't received it . Dr.Lazarus has been our pediatrician for 5 years. She is a very good listener and communicates her explanations very well. She is very kind to the kids and has a great bedside manner. We trust her to give honest and knowledgeable care.
