I needed to post this as I feel the first impression and customer service is most important. With the last two years being a mess, I feel people have forgotten that. I had called today to make an appointment- spoke to Diane she was extremely helpful checking our insurance and offering an appointment right away. Even after I called an hour later as the appointment would not work - she called me before she left for the day to give me additional information and assure me that they would do there very best to work with my husband's schedule. ( my husband hates dr appointments.) But I will be getting his painful self in there one way or another. We haven't been here yet. But this is a great start! I am so happy that I went to Dr. Hansen for my leg/foot nerve problem. His expert care really did the trick! My recovery was fast and remarkable! Very clean office and welcoming!

Dr. Hansen really knows his stuff! His caring attitude and expert diagnosis were the first markers of his great service. The treatments worked remarkably on my leg/foot nerve issue, and I had a fast recovery for what may have been a permanent problem for me if I hadn't been in his care. Welcoming office and clean environment, too!

Dr. Hansen is the best ever and I recommend him and his office to everyone. Come see him and you will see what I mean. Dr. Hansen and Diane are very professional and thorough. Would not schedule an appointment until they demanded / received all my personal and financial information as if I was sketchy unreliable human!

Thank you Dr Kirk Hansen I went from a chiropractic skeptic to a believer in two visits.

Husband has been to many chiropractors across the country and says this guy is one of his top 5.

I highly recommend Dr. Hansen. He is a kind, caring doctor who will take the time to listen to you and works to get you better.

Dr Hansen has been my chiropractor for 24 years! I have been treated by chiropractors most of my adult life due to ongoing back and neck issues, so have criteria when choosing a new one. One of my criteria when choosing a chiropractor- is they don’t tell me how often I need to see them, that I use my judgement for when I need treatments. Dr Hansen office has always been very flexible in getting me in for treatments when I know I need an adjustment. With the advent of COVID restrictions- they screen patients for symptoms before treatment. If you are looking for a provider who is knowledgeable, caring, honest, listens to you, accommodating, humble, current in health technology/methodologies, and does not recommend you continually return to his office for unnecessary treatments (simply to take advantage of your chiropractic benefits or cause you financial debt), then Kirk Hansen, D.C. is who you need to seek care! I have been a patient of Dr. Hansen's since the 90's when I worked in Provider Relations, and became very aware of who other physicians, referred their patients to, and sought treatment from, for themselves as well. I have referred many people to Dr. Hansen through the years, and to this day, they thank me for the referral that helped them receive relief from their symptoms. I will continue to seek Dr. Hansen's services, refer my friends/co-workers, and recommend you do the same if you want to resolve your pain without having to return, again, and again, and again with no relief. I have been going to Dr. Hansen for about 30 years now and I cannot imagine not having his expertise in my life! So many times he has helped, from basic kinks to more advanced issues. His knowledge is incredible, and even if I don't think it is a chiropractic issue, I always start with him because in all cases he has always solved it for me! He has helped not only me, but my husband, my kids, my parents and siblings...just to name a few! I have been seeing Dr Hansen intermittently because he doesn't make you come all the time as others do.., only when you need to. He adjusts my back, neck, elbows, hips, knees and ankles. He is truly a talented chiropractor and is extremely knowledgeable about general health issues. I highly recommend him for your back and joint aches and pains. I've been a patient for MANY years (1990's) and highly recommend Dr Hansen if you are looking for a provider who is knowledgeable, caring, honest, accommodating, current in health technology, and does not recommend you to continually return for treatments when they're not needed (simply to take advantage of your chiropractic benefits or harm you financially). There's honestly too much to say in a review. Just know, I hardly ever do reviews and I felt the need to warn others... Go somewhere else. I've only been injured further by seeing him.

I went to see Dr. Hansen for leg and shoulder pain....after his treatment i went home and felt relief almost immediately! He and his wife are very sweet and i felt at ease as soon as i arrived...

This was a great experience with great people. Kind, patient, knowledgeable, caring and great at what they do! Will continue going here. Loved this place.

I find this such a comfortable experience . I just want to stay around and talk to this couple for a long time! It is like going home

Kirk and Diana are the best! I have never felt the relief I get here anywhere else. Kirk Hansen seriously has magic hands. I wouldn't trust going anywhere else.

I do and will continue to recommend Dr. Hansen for chiropractic care. Both Diana and him provide a very warm and welcoming family-friendly environment. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I have been going to Dr. Hansen as needed for well over 10 years, truly a phone call away, always has made the time to get me in when needed.
