Just called trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient and whomever answered was very dismissive. Do better!

Called to schedule an appointment with a Rheumatologist and everyone has been so rude. I have had records sent over 3 times now and they are saying they still don’t have them. As an African American woman o guess my health doesn’t count. No one seems to care. I have been bounced around to so many different places and still no help, no appointment.

I have been going to Dr. T for about 5 years. His staff is very friendly & he spends a long time with his patients. I highly recommend him if you need a rheumatologist.

Dr. Tanphaichitr is very professional and will take care of your health concerns. I think he's the best there is!

It sucks

I have been seeing Dr. T. For many years, I just love him , he's takes his time with each patient , I would highly recommend him.

I absolutely loved the Dr. he was very friendly and thorough. He spent a great amount of time with me to explain everything. The only real complaint I have is when I call his office there is a guy there who is extremely rude and has no phone etiquette! He has done this the two times I have called now! I have no idea how he has a job in customer service!!!
