Wonderful visit

Everything is done through portals. No one returns any requests for help. No one answers the phone. Emailed questions do not get a response. No physician is worth this frustration.

I had my first in office visit and I am so pleased. Wait time was minimal and my visit did not feel rushed. The online check in process is lengthy but I don't mind. I would rather my Doctor be thorough and gather all necessary info.

I tried another OBGYN that was more conveniently located and I will never do that again. Dr. Sims is amazing and incredibly thorough. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows.

Dr. Sims was so welcoming and understanding during my first visit. She made me feel heard and talked me through her process very thoroughly. I already told my mom and sister to book with her!

I am looking forward to a holistic and integrative approach. The portals take some getting used to

Dr. Kourtney Sims is the best physician that I have ever seen -- and I have seen dozen of doctors throughout my health journey. Dr. Sims truly believes in getting to the root cause of your health concerns and healing the body from the inside. I am truly grateful for the care that I am receiving.

I was thoroughly pleased with my initial visit with Dr. Sims. She showed genuine interests in my concerns and needs. She helped me to see the importance of knowing "how we got here" with my current issues. I am excited about working with her and getting back to a balanced and integrated approach to taking care of my health.

My initial visit with Dr Sims was great! She took much more time than I expected to listen to my story and all my concerns. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without rushing me and understood both the traditional approach as well as a more holistic functional approach which is hard to find in a doctor.

Dr. Sims is wonderful. She takes her time with each patient and makes sure she has answered all of your questions. No matter what we are discussing she always makes me feel comfortable.

Dr. Kourtney was attentive, personable, patient and helpful during my visit for my first-ever annual well women's exam with her. The health care system can be very challenging to navigate, even if one is trying to take a proactive stance on her wellness. I spent hours on the phone with my insurance company, lab, and Dr. Kourtney's office, trying to make sure the recommended blood tests are affordable and covered by my insurance. I ran into several road blocks, including not being able to get a clear answer from her office as to how to proceed. Dr. Kourtney proactively raised the issue with me during my visit, listened and offered to step in to help me get through the maze. Dr. Sims has amazing bedside manner. She answered all my questions and doubts. She made me feel comfortable about expressing my concerns and most importantly didn't rush our appointment! I'm looking forward to starting hormone treatment with her very soon.

Dr. Kourtney is the most comprehensive doctor I've ever had. She really understands you as a patient looking for answers and provides the tests to explore and realign with your health. I leave every visit with Dr. Sims feeling seen and heard. She has an easy engaging manner and shares her though process with lab evaluations and treatment plans. I am a nurse, and I recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for a more holistic approach that incorporates traditional, functional, and integrative medicine.

Dr. Sims is an amazing doctor. I have never felt so welcomed and heard in a doctor's office before. Her mixed approach with traditional and holistic medicine gives you great insight on your health! I have bragged about and recommended her to everyone I know. Her staff is phenomenal and will work to answer any questions you may have. One time I needed a prescription refill and they were able to help me out through the patient portal on a weekend. They are awesome!

I’m an accountant not a doctor, so I don’t know how to read labs. Also tried to go through their portal to retrieve my lab results to take to my GP for assistance, and was told since I was inactive for three weeks I would have to make an official medical records request, which they didn’t know how long it would take. Basically the worst health care I’ve ever had in my life. I have insurance and would have been better off going to planned parenthood and paying them for healthcare. At least government subsidize health facilities know how to communicate with their patients. No communication at all after the appointment.
