Mrs. Krista A Trahan

Krista is a one of a kind therapist. I’ve been seeing her for a year and a half, and she has helped me grow more in that time than I did for years before. She breaks down trauma in an informative and understandable way. She’s introduced me to methods beyond CBT that address trauma, and empowered me to use a number of these techniques on my own. Most importantly though, I trust Krista immensely. She is a compassionate and empathetic therapist, and I know that she always has the best interest of her client at heart. I know that Krista will go to bat for survivors, and I have always felt safe in her office. I would highly recommend seeing her for help healing from trauma.

I found Krista when I was in one of the darkest times of my life. I somehow lost a sense of who I was. She showed me how to find myself again and to regain the strength I thought I’d never get back. I was able to let go of so much that was holding me back in life thanks to Krista. I will never forget how instrumental she has been in my personal development. I have literally recommended everyone I know to her. This is real therapy.

Krista is a very empathetic listener. Able to equip clients with the tools to move from tragedy to a path of recovery. Offers flexible scheduling for working clients. Exceptional interpersonal skills, cognizant of roadblocks and puts the client at the center of their care.

Krista is awesome! I was very stubborn going into my first session as I didn't want a therapist who would blow smoke up my bottom but she was very patient and understanding. It's easy to get comfortable with her even for the most pig-headed individual. She's really nice and genuinely cares about the people she sees.

Seeing Krista was a wonderful experience for me. I sincerely appreciate all of the work she put in, and our time together was always well spent. I still remember advice she gave me, and it helps me every day! I recall several instances where we also went over our time, but Krista never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend her!
