I have been a patient of Dr Michael for many years. She is always professional, very knowledgeable and is caring. She listens attentively to my questions and concerns and takes time to answer without rushing. Her staff is great. Dr Michael is respected by her patients, staff and Colleagues.

I love Dr. Michael. She is really caring, personable and thorough and her nursing staff is just as AWESOME as she is. If you’re looking for an OB/GYN that really cares, look no further. I’m a resident of Natchitoches, but I don’t mind driving to Shreveport to get the quality care I know that will be given to me from Dr. Michael and her staff❤️❤️❤️

I had just had a surgery as she did amazing I woke up and I was hurting for a minute but then she gave me some medicine and I was all good thanks so much kristi micheal

Dr. Michael is always so informative and helpful, she and her staff treat you more like a friend than a patient. I feel like when she delivered my baby, he got a whole other set of aunties that love him and genuinely want to know how we are doing. She was also really supportive and not at all rushed during my son’s birth. Considering I didn’t have much support from my child’s dad during the birth, she and the nurses truly were my team. In addition to she and her staff truly caring about their patients, Dr. Michael has always provided me with sound medical advice based in research that is both widely accepted and the most up to date at the same time. She cares about every one of her patients and really listens to what you have to say and answers your questions thoroughly. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Michael more, and I’m beyond satisfied with the care I’ve received from her and her team! 10/10 would recommend

You will not find a better OBGYN doctor! She is brilliant and truly cares about her patients! I absolutely love her and would recommend her to anyone!

???????? Steer clear. This doctor does not care about the patients health, only the money they can provide. The lack of care and compassion she gives her patients is appalling. You will barely see the doctor (usually NP’s which are a better choice anyway) and when you do she is extremely fast during the visit and does NOT listen to anything you tell her. She is arrogant, rude and does not care about her patients. Money is her bottom line. She does not care if you have been coming to here for years with a problem. She just tells you it’s in your head. She ignored my problem for years and I almost died. I switched doctors and immediately was diagnosed with serious female issues and got the care that I needed. Due to her lack of care I ended up with emergency surgery and eventually a hysterectomy because this doctor did not listen to me for YEARS! Please be advised that there are real doctors in this town who will care for you- this doctor only cares about your pocketbook. ???????? Steer clear. Love Dr Michael!!

Nothing but a number. I was a patient of hers since 2003. She delivered all three of my babies. Even though I hardly ever saw her. I received a letter that my annual was coming up, so I called to make the appt. they told me she had fired me as a patient do to a bill that was paid late. It was a ultrasound bill from a cyst that had ruptured many months prior. I didn’t have a balance and that bill had been paid for months by this time. It was not a large amount of money either. I asked for her to call me and for more of an explanation bc it just didn’t make any sense. The lady in the billing dept said she got your message and wrote you off as a patient anyways!! ????. I was really upset. It was obvious they did not care. You are nothing but a number. I was a good patient of hers for over 13 years. My new dr said she had never heard of such a thing when I told her what happened. I have friends that have left her as a dr for feeling the same way. Dr. Michael is the best doctor I have ever had. The staff is friendly, they returns calls promptly, and are always helpful! Dr. Michael sits with you to answer any questions or discuss options/concerns at most OB appts. Steer clear. This doctor does not listen or care. You are simply a number to her. She is in out of the room if you even see her at all. She will scare you into a c-section and not listen to you when you having REAL actual medical problems. She will dismiss you in a heartbeat. Good doctor, but Robin her staff didnt listen at all my free annual turn out to be an expensive annual cause she didnt listen when i told her about I changed my insurance. Dr. Michael is wonderful! Answers all your questions — very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. The staff are very efficient, friendly, and well organized— Highly recommend her!

Dr.Michael is the best OBGYN ever she is so down to earth and she makes sure her patience are well taken care of i really love her and the staff she's very warming, honest, nice, and strict especially if you are high risk like I was she's awesome!!!!

Dr. Kristi Michael has been my Doctor for many years now, and she delivered 2 of my grandchildren which were both high risk pregnancies. She is the best bar none! So thankful for her!!

I transferred from another doctor that I was unhappy with. Saw Dr Michaels explained the other dr had no options for me. She immediately gave me several options for my situation. I have been with her for six or more years now. Love her and her PA- Amy.
