Friendly, efficient, and caring practice. Dr. Purcell and all the staff are just what I expect of people who handle my health.

First off all I'm patient of Dr. Purcell for I believe 22 yrs.on and off and now I'm back with .I ve with 4 dr.n between but I guess I'm can't find same her so so special. And d staff s so friendly. For me she s d Best Doctor look like she already knows d answer of ur question..I All I can say s thank u so so much for taking care of me and my 2 daughter ...and takecare urself too and family....

Dr Purcell has been my PCP for quite some years, and she’s always been great. Since beginning the MDVIP affiliated practice model, the difference in her ability to deliver services in a highly personalized, caring, & readily available mode has manifestly improved. Feels like a real partnership in the care environment. Highly recommend.

She is a good Doctor, very easy to talk with and also listen to your problems and try to solve them.

Dr Purcell is the most friendly, caring, attentive physician I have ever encountered. She truly cares about her patients and takes all the time necessary to answer all questions.

I have been with Dr Purcell for over 20 years. I travel approximately 150 miles one way to see my doctor. I have never in my life had a doctor that I trust and admire so much. Dr Purcell has saved my life so many different times it's hard to explain even at times when I did not really want her to. My doctor knows me better than I know myself. If I was to lose doctor Purcell I most likely would not go to another physician. Ever!

Dr Gay Purcell has been the most professional, responsive and thorough doctor in providing personal care for me and my mother. I was always able to get an immediate response to our questions or call for help. The same is true for my medical care. I have been more than satisfied with Dr Purcell’s services after joining MDVIP. The complete health exam and report along with ongoing opportunities to participate in healthy living have exceeded any expectations I had. I would never want to go n back to a practice that was not set up like MDVIP. Thank you for making this change for the best patient service and Dr-patient relationship. I wish I could give Dr. Purcell more than five stars! The genuine concern she shows for patients is nothing short of extraordinary. She is compassionate, knowledgable, calming, and is always my biggest cheerleader with my health goals. She goes above and beyond to make sure that her patients receive the best care and models this with monthly walks with her patients and in office yoga sessions. I can't even begin to describe how fantastic Dr. Purcell is. Her new wellness plan through MED VIP is amazing. We have been with her for years, but now with this new plan, we can see her same day or next day, we can do tele-health visits, and she even does home visits if needed! We can reach her anytime through a special phone number, and we are truly treated like family. I can't say enough about how amazing she is and how much she truly cares for each of her patients. Great all around experience I have been going there for quite a while now they really care about the patients ????????

I have never been so disappointed. I was seeing Dr Purcell before she went private and she violated multiple HIPPA laws by leaving my information on a phone number that wasn't even mine or ever had been. When I asked for a referral for a dr she never called back or tried contacting. Me. They never confirmed my last appointment and I missed it and now I'm being charged for it. When I called to speak about it a lady laughed at me and when I said that it was rude she apologized but then continued to laugh and be rude. Im so glad im not longer going here! Not worth it! I rate this practice so low because when the doctor changed to go private, our family lost continuity of care and the relationship and trust we had with this practice. We only have Medicare and a an additional insurance plan. Dr Purcell no longer sees patients unless you pay $1800 and enroll in her new “wellness” plan. For those that can’t afford this new plan, we have to find a new doctor. Not only does this hurt the patients who’ve been with her since she opened, but this practice lost at least four other patients we know. Selfishness and greed are prioritized over care, patient welfare and concern. I have been a patient of Dr. Purcells now for quit sometime now. She is nothing less than a great doctor. She takes the time with you and really listens and she explains things to you in a way that you can understand and she doesn’t make you feel rushed and if you have questions, she’s always happy to answer them. If you need a referral to a specialist, she’s always happy to help with that too and the ones that she has referred me to have always been great. I just can’t say enough about her. When she decided to become a part of MDVIP, I was excited for her not only because it was something new for her but it was something new for her patients. Both my husband and I are patients of hers and I have already gone through my wellness screening both parts and it’s been great. I am so thankful that I found this physician. She is always volunteering (which is how I got to meet her) for our community. Her love for her family, staff, friends and patients is apparent in the way she practices medicine. She looks out for every single patient with the goal of disease prevention and mitigation. I found Dr. Purcell to be an excellent and caring physician long before she switched her practice to MD-VIP. I have found the new practice now to be even more focused on improving my health in every aspect, including from treating medical symptoms as well as focusing on my diet, exercise and overall health lifestyle. I was pleased with her professionalism before, and now I am very pleased to continue with Dr. Purcell and her first rate staff in this new area of medicine. I have been a patient of Dr. Purcell's for about five years and transitioned to her wellness-based practice model at the start of 2021. Dr. Purcell provides exceptional care and spends the time to get to know her patients and understand their needs. She focuses on holistic treatment, rather than simple medication prescription, which is why her new model is so exciting. The focus in her new practice model is wellness, including in-depth testing (like vitamin levels) and measurement (like how much your bones weigh and how much muscle is in each of your limbs!). Using all of the in-depth data, Dr. Purcell helps with goal-setting, nutrition guidance and meal planning, workout advice, etc. and offers events like group walks and yoga. With the new model, there is 24-access to care with Dr. Purcell and same-day appointments (which I used just yesterday!) The appointments are longer and more in-depth, and Dr. Purcell's friendly, caring demeanor is still as strong as ever. Dr Purcell is so AWSOME it took years for me to finally find a Doctor that listens to you gets to the bottom of your problems and does not rush you out the door she really acts like she cares about you as a person and that is very hard to find. Dr Purcell is a wonderful physician . She practices medicine in a way that makes each of her patients feel respected and of value. I’ve been coming here for 7 years for the same thing , adderal prescription. All of a sudden they make me take a drug test at a hospital , then said adderal wasn’t in my system, because I work 4 days on 3 days off so I’ve been off work so I haven’t taken it ...which I told them, and they said it wasn’t in my system so they’re no longer helping me as a patient after 7 years...save yourself some trouble do not ever ever go here.
