My daughter needed to visit dentist ASAP because of bad toothache...was so pleased that she could get appointment so soon with Dr Greer! Receptionist was very friendly...but the rest of visit was extremely unsatisfactory...first of all she said dental tech was unfriendly & rude....then Dr Greer was absolutely an ***hole to her & even told her if he had been the one to take appointment he would not have seen her..that those slots are usually reserved for local residents. We were from the area but live in Rhea Co now! Well it wasn’t like they were covered up ..by any means...one other car in parking lot & two other patients seen while we were there! ( Now I understand why parking lot was empty!!) my daughter came out on the verge of tears...needless to say we would Never go there again!!! After going all the way there...only got prescription & referral to oral surgeon...was told he doesn’t pull teeth!!!!!! I am very happy with high level of skill and professionalism at Dr.Greer's office. I will certainly recommend him to family and friends.
