Practice seemed fine to me. I was in and out and everybody from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were friendly to me. No complaints

My family has been going to Stoltz & Hahn over 40 years. My brother was trying to speak to Dr. Hahn over the phone after a serious diagnosis and the woman who answered the phone would not put him through or leave a message for the doctor to return his call. I have been going to Dr Hahn for 30 years. My last few visits were terrible. I had blood tests taken before my visit and the nurse called to tell my iron was low and she was going to get the lab to recheck the test. When I went for visit she told me that they never followed up with lab. I was also told that my thyroid test was low. I had to wait 3 weeks to get my medication adjusted. They took another blood test and I was told that my iron was normal. Dr Hahn acts very uncaring and is just concerned about making money. I never get a printout of visit summery. He writes the tests he wants you to get on note paper. During the visit he leaves the room to take phone calls. Dr Hahn only gives you 3 refills on medication at a time. The office staff is not professional, when you are waiting to see Dr Hahn you can hear them shouting to each other & complaining. Ladt year I had to get tests done and I had to go to into Philly to get them completed which I don't like enjoy doing. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this practice. Nothing but unprofessional people who don’t truly care about their patients.

Saw DR Hahn for ashiness and not feeling well, he was very attentive and listened to me, his exam was so thorough he picked up what 2 emergency room visit did not, a new murmur on my heart with and subsequently found I had a bacterial heart infection on my heart valves. He saved my life. Dr Hahn is through caring , explains and communicates well. His staff is also caring and quite helpful, follow up with testing and labs are tremendous. Highly recommend.

Everyone is rude with an attitude and when I came in for my check up I brought in my one year old son with me and everyone in the office was cursing like crazy . After I said something to them about the language being used I was told “that’s what we do here” very unhappy and looking to switch my primary doctor by the end of this visit ! Dr Hahn is awesome and truly cares about his patients. Leaves no stone unturned and excellent diagnostician. Spends time and explains.

Hahn doesn’t listen to you. If you don’t comply with him he tells you to find another doctor. Stoltz was my primary doctor and I loved him,but having to see Hahn now he doesn’t know me as a patient and judges you on one visit.

Doctors and PA are both very nice. Getting in touch with someone or treated like a human being when you call is another story. Phones are picked up and immediately placed on hold for eternity.

Not for me, I need more than a pill pusher, I need a doctor

Stoltz and Hahn & the Nurse Pract...do NOT incl patient in medical decisions. Had physical, got ref for mamogram, saw obgyn agreed not necessary only need every two years under 50 - took info to them asked for unrelated referral - advsd will get after their file complete with mamogram. Another visit had EKG done - assistant placed probe in unusual place results questionable - told Dr still sent me to cardiologist got ultrasound and stress test all "just in case" now Rx for 1/2 min dose statin

Dr. Hahn is a very nice man and listened at all of my concerns. I have only seen him twice, once being a follow up, but I liked him as a doctor. However, he runs very late. Both times I waited for 50-60 minutes in the waiting room and then another 10-30 in the room. The waiting room is very loud. Between the blasting TV and the desk staff that only seem to know how to scream, you will wish you brought ear plugs.
