I have used dr richardson for a long time and was mostly happy with them. Until now I went in and was told my blood pressure was high and they couldn't release my medicine. No problem but I've never had this problem before so went back to get it checked again and they said it was high againn.ive never had high blood pressure problems I went and got a second opinion at another weight loss office and they told me it was normal and prescribed me my medicine I called dr richardson office to have them cancel my prescription from them and the gave me the run around also had Walgreens call them to get it canceled and they refused to work with them I'm shocked at how they acted about all this very unprofessional they need to get better trained people to do check ins because they lost a long time customer over a false blood pressure reading I have used dr richardson for a long time and was mostly happy with them. The staff are so great here, they have adapted very well to the ever-changing situations created by COVID-19!

Staff is great

Very happy with Dr. Richardson's office. Everyone is super nice. The programs has helped me tremendously!

I really enjoyed my facial treatment Grace was so wonderful and caring and explained what to expect from my chemical peel. Everyone at the Family wellness center was so nice I highly recommended this clinic.

Dr. Richardson's program is excellent. I lost 20 pounds so far. I am so excited to wear my favorite dress!

Both my wife and I have participated in Dr. Richardson’s program. We both lost a serious amount of weight and, better still, have kept it off. The program is closely supervised by Dr. Richardson and his team. We live in Austin, but it doesn't stop us from returning. Their staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.

You get real result in a safe way of losing weight. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. They teach you not only how to lose the weight but how to keep it off. I highly recommend Family weight wellness

Spent 79.00 for Dr(PA) to tell me my blood pressure was elevated. Told me I could not be on their program. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!
