Dr. Laura Guadalupe Fletes

About a month ago I had scheduled a cleaning for my son and another for me. But when I called to confirmed the appointments, I was told by Ms. Bianca that she cancelled the appointments because she called me and there was no answer. So I asked what number on the file for call back and she was not able to give the answer and that she would have to call me back. So I made sure she had my number before hanging up about an hour later, I get a call back stating that since my husband had missed his appointment she cancelled the other ones. The only issue was I never knew he had one and why would she call him to confirm my appointment? She was not able to give me a good answer after a conversation with Bianca, I also discovered that there is apparently no office manager and she IS the only person I would complain to. Dr. Fletes and staff are all very nice and welcoming. I was having some pain and they were accommodating and able to get me in quickly. Dr. Fletes is very thorough and takes the time to answer all questions and treatment plans in detail. Office is updated and extremely clean. I was more than satisfied and happy with my visit, would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you! Dr. Fletes and staff are all very nice and welcoming. Always great service. Staff is great, and Dr Laura is amazing!

I’ve been a patient here for some time but it seems like every time I go in for an appointment there are new people there. My favorite hygienist is gone. No one had ever cleaned my teeth like she did. I mostly went there because of her. I’ll probably find a dentist closer to home.

Great staff. They get you in quickly when you have an emergency. Doctor is good at minimizing pain and gives great information!
