She’s been treating my grandma for years now and constantly ignoring her issues. I am absolutely fed up and I will see that she is properly reprimanded.

PLEASE FIX YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE I CANT LEAVE A MESSAGE I NEED SEEN I wasn't able to come in because of car troubles. I called 4 times and no answer, machine just repeats message. THERE'S NO BEEP!!!! PLEASE!!!! I CANT FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR

Dr Laura and her staff ( hi Jodie) are the very best I've ever been to,, when I had a severe head injury and was hospitalized for 2 weeks Dr Laura came every morning to check on me,, she's very friendly and takes time to listen to your problems and treats them accordingly,, having her own lab on premisis also saves lots of time,, every doctor should be as wonderful and caring as Dr. Laura!

this office has a very rude reception staff, as a HIP client i was assigned to this doctor upon trying to get an appointment i was met with rudeness and denial until doctor herself approved client before visit...this is not HIP protocal or approved by HIP....how very unprofessional to say the least, a complaint was filed!

Wonderful Doctor and staff. They take really good care of you and are extremely knowledgeable. The very best in Health care.

Everyone on staff is extremely polite, and welcoming. Care is satisfactory.

She and her staff are caring and professional. She is very much about preventing illness rather than just throwing pills at you.

If your looking for a Dr. and Staff with great bedside mannor well than look no further. Dr.Helman is an very knowledgeable Dr. and actually takes the time to explain things so that people without a medical degree will know why, as well as understand what is going on with their bodies. I have been to Dr's where I walked out stressed out worse than I went in. There are so many Dr's that team up with Ins. Comps its greediness and a kick back for both. Dr. Helman isn't because she actually cares.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Laura Helman. Where do I begin? She prescribed a med under my name for someone else in my household, refused to see me when I had strep, and didn't listen to me when i told her all my female problems. Only after ending up in the E.R. did she finadllr listen to me about those problems. I am now looking at a 2nd surgery for my Endometriosis that she didn't want to treat by sending me to an obgyn. If you want a death sentence go to her. Speaking as a former nun.

Takes way to long and will cancel on you. Change week to week schedule.

This office has become incompetent, uncaring, and disrespectful. * They do not return phone calls. * Their office hours change from week to week, with no schedule you can try to plan on. * They go on office vacations without notice to their patients, and leave you high-and-dry for the week. * Call in for refills, but they cannot call you back when the script is ready, or when they need you to come in for an appt before getting the refill. * Come in for a simple "Pee-in-a-cup" appt, but sit and wait for an hour beyond your appt time to even get called back. Honestly. They are awful here. The front office workers are extremely disrespectful and rude. I and several of my family have left because they do not listen to any actual problems here. People do not get the help they need. I never get a call back from the doctor, always have to call several times for an appointment or to remind someone that my prescriptions never got called in. I have never felt like I was taken seriously or listened to here. I wait around an hour or more past my appointment time to then only be listened to for about 10 minutes before they want to send you on your way. Definitely suggest looking further for a good, quality doctor. This is not a good place for people who really need help. Honestly. They are awful here. My mother has seen Dr. Laura for years and I have never been happy with the care she has received. Hours upon hours of sitting in a waiting room, only for them to send her home with prescriptions. My mother needed knee surgery for years, but with the lack of communication and the ability for the office to get things straight, she never received the surgery. Her legs are deformed so badly she has fallen numerous times and unable to leave her apartment at all. This last fall consisted of 25 stitches to the lower leg, on New Year's Eve. We called Dr. Laura to phone an order in to the visiting nurses to change her bandage over the long weekend, with my mother being high risk for infection, and she refused (per the answering service). Dr. Laura has my mother on a extremely high dose of anti-depressants, Benzopines, and other meds, with no blood work check up for 6mths-1yr. Family members have called her office numerous times, with concerns for her well being and they won't give us the time of day. It takes 4-5 phone calls from the visiting nurses to get a refill on any of her meds, as this is a chief complaint by all of her patients. If she does not want to care for her patients, release them. Do not continue to give someone poor care. I don't even know if she receives half of her messages. I find this office incompetent in all aspects! I have had good experiences w/ Dr. Helman & FNPs over the last 9yrs & will continue going. However I also have regular problems with billing(lack of). I've come in for visits to find I still owed from last yr, but had never been billed. I was even sent to collections once over a small balance that I would have paid ASAP had I known it was outstanding. They did remedy the situation quickly after call/complaint, but it appears you have to be very proactive w/ them checking for post ins. balance.
