Laura Chiles Larch

Dr. Laura Larch is amazing. I loved going to her. I feel she listens to me and she efficiently works to resolve any issues I am concerned about. I genuinely feel like she cares, she is so down to earth. But unfortunately, I will be looking to switch doctors because of the way I have been treated by her MA and by the front desk receptionist’s on two separate occasions. Her MA made me cry because she got me so upset during one visit. I remember the receptionist’s always being so friendly but my past visit they were so rude to me. Going to the doctor is intimidating enough, now my past few visits I’ve had to work up a nerve to go to my doctors visit because I didn’t know if I would get into it with the MA again or if the receptionist’s would be rude again. It cost $0.00 to be nice. You never know what someone else is going through, especially a patient. Be nicer.

Dr Larch is so great....most if the office staff is great too.......but front desk worker JACKIE is So RUDE!! Every time I have been there I have witnessed her be rude to someone. Yesterday she was so rude to me. When your doctor has to spend your appt time apologizing for a receptionist, it is time to replace the receptionist! I have a coworker who goes to that office as well and has had the same experience with JACKIE. Why is she representing this business, Administrators? On my way out, I confronted JACKIE with her behavior and instead of apologizing to me, she said "That's your choice Ma'am", with her arms crossed defensively. So obviously she feels very secure in her job. I definitely recommend Dr. Larch, but steer clear of the receptio ist on the left! I’m super impressed with Dr. Larch and the whole office. She was quick to get me in for an appointment after I moved to the area and their office was friendly and efficient. I was hesitant walking in, being a new Medicaid patient, that I was going to be treated differently. Dr. Larch was a great listener, was very upbeat, and was nothing but kind throughout the whole visit. Glad I chose to see her! I’m super impressed with Dr. Larch and the whole office. I have been seeing Dr. Larch since I transitioned from my pediatrician. 10 years later and I still can't imagine a better doctor. She is attentive, down to earth, and tells you like it is (with still being empathetic). The older ladies who work the front desk can be crass, but the younger ones are lovely. Most recently, Dr. Larch had an emergency telehealth appointment with me while I was on vacation, and I had my prescriptions within the same day. She is THE BEST. I have been seeing Dr. Larch since I transitioned from my pediatrician. 10 years later and I still can't imagine a better doctor. She is attentive, down to earth, and tells you like it is (with still being empathetic). The older ladies who work the front desk can be crass, but the younger ones are lovely. Most recently, Dr. Larch had an emergency telehealth appointment with me while I was on vacation, and I had my prescriptions within the same day. She is THE BEST.

Both my husband and my self absolutely love this woman. She’s perfect in every way. So fast at responding to you. I could ask for a better md. She’s amazing

I’ve been seeing Dr. Larch for a few years and I’ve never had any major issues to be addressed until a few months ago. So until then, I would have given her five stars for annuals or basic things like sinus infections, etc., she has great bedside manner and I could always get an appointment quickly. In my experience in dealing with some pretty traumatic symptoms the last four months, I have found that even though I’m a strong advocate in my healthcare, I feel pretty lost in my treatment and discouraged by the lack of care and sense of urgency that’s been shown by Dr. Larch and her MA. I’ve been waiting over 7 weeks for a referral to a specialist and a PA to be approved by my insurance. Not only that, there’s been a severe lack in communication about what’s going on and at a critical time in someone’s life that they really need support from their healthcare team, I feel I’ve been neglected by mine. I’ve been seeing Dr. Larch for a few years and I’ve never had any major issues to be addressed until a few months ago. Dr larch is amazing! Takes her time with you, and is very thorough. She is down to earth and values your own opinions! Her staff is the best too!!!

Typically I would review Dr. Larch 5 stars!! She’s awesome! I have had her service for a while now. But it’s the receptionist for me. The tone of her voice can sound very rude and attitude is not so friendly over the phone. In my opinion, if you don’t like people so much, maybe don’t have a customer service kind of job! This is a doctor’s office, in which you are supposed to CARE and HELP patients calling to get information or who needs help. A more CARING voice would be more appropriate for this setting. This voice who answers the phone represents this office, try a more friendly sounding voice for a receptionist! I will be looking elsewhere for a new primary care.

I have only met Dr. Larch and she was very nice, professional and seemed knowledgeable. Her M.A. Was not pleasant. My second appointment was cancelled by the same m.a. Over the phone while I stood at the receptionist desk. The m.a was rude and had no noticeable compassion. She has the personality of sandpaper. It's sad that you don't want to see your Dr because of one of their employees.

She is kind, compassionate, thorough, and works with her patients to strive for the best outcome.

Dr. Larch actively listened to my concerns and I felt genuinely cared about. She took time to answer all of my questions and gave me the information I needed to make informed decisions about my healthcare. Very awesome bedside manner and other staff were wonderful to interact with as well.

The most fantastic doctor EVER! She is the kind of person you could go have a beer with her and tell her anything. She really listens and honestly cares about me and my family. She is very down to earth and never does anything unnecessary.

I've been seeing Dr. Larch for over five years. She had a great bedside manner and generally cares about my well being. I feel comfortable talking to her and she always listens to my symptoms. She doesn't over prescribe antibiotics and always takes the time to explain all treatments and tests.

Awesome Doctor. Very caring and empathetic. Doesn't over prescribe antibiotics. Great bedside manner and nice office staff. Appointments are always on time.
