I have delt with her multiple times in the past over the course of her 33 year career. I went in two years ago. My hand was swollen and it was tingling. You see I am a victim of Cruel and Inhumane Torture and a victim of abuse. People usually do things to me in my sleep or they wake me up and beat me or abuse me. These things have been going on my whole life. Someone did something to my hand my thumb felt like it was sprained or broken it caused my hand to swell up. I had a small surface splinter on my hand not really in it. There was an EMT there assisting her there one night. He took a Syringe and stuck it in my hand I told him I could remove the splinter he said no that's ok. He got so close in my face that he invaded my personal bubble he could kiss me basically. He was assaulting me and digging into my hand. He wouldn't let go I pulled away but he pulled. Eventually I had to give in. She comes in wants an X-Ray they take me down and give me multiple X-Rays. She wouldn't let me see the X-Rays. She leaves the room and says it was a splinter, Cellulitis, Tendinitis. She prescribes me with Bactrim and leaves. Nurse walks by me someone that really should have been assisting me but wasn't and had an EMT do it instead. The nurse walks by the door looks at me and says "What difference does it make. It's a fake Diagnosis anyways." I went in for a follow up. I told the Dr. my situation. I told him I know what Cellulitis looks like and I think someone had abused me. He looks at me wraps my hand up and says "You're probably right." He then walks me out.

She was a very good listener and stayed there with me till I fully understood the issue and treatment. Everytime I have had her she has always been there for me and helped me through my illness/pain. With out her help when I had came into the er, I'm not sure I would be here still.. thank you Dr. Maskell
