The post op care was poor and communication lacked empathy. When the patient expressed having a dry mouth, the attending person really did not want to do anything about it. I had be quite assertive and insist on her providing some moisture for the patient’s very dry mouth and tongue. She relented but used a rough hand while doing so. They talked at us in rapid fire fashion and rushed us out the door without really wanting to answer any questions. While the recommendation was to change the gauze every 30 minutes, the patient was sent home without any, forcing us to make a stop in our way home. :( If they are trying to cut down on expenses, the least they could do would be to offer the gauze for sale so that we could go straight home to care for the patient. They need some training for their personnel, so they can learn to treat patients with care and respect at such a vulnerable time. Their lack of empathy was a big turn off at a time of need. Very disappointed.

Dr. Basile was great!! I was comfortable and really relaxed during the whole procedure. Despite the fact that I was extremely nervous, given the fact that having teeth extracted is never anything easy to digest but her assistants Sue & Vi were great they really made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Basile and her staff to my family and friends any day!!

More talking than listening. I’m not happy with anyone who I’m paying for a service from.

Had two gnarly extractions. Both went well. Thank you to the entire team there. Only note: To the owners, did seem like there might be pressure to see more patients in less time. That would be my only overall iffy bit. I think the care team did an exceptional job. And I'm really happy with how I was fixed up. Thank you!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at Colorado Surgical Arts by Dr. Basile. My first appointment was a consultation, where the staff made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I was able to schedule a Friday appointment for the procedure just a couple weeks later. The procedure only took 35 minutes!!!! (Not that I remember any of it). I can’t believe how quick the procedure was, and how pain free my recovery has been so far. I would recommend Dr. Basile to anyone!!

Dr. Basile was fantastic! She was so easy to talk to during my consultation. Her office is very comfortable and my wisdom teeth surgery was painless.
