Dr. Lauren Ann Fine

Only recommendation is to NOT go to Dr. Fine. She asked me what concerns I have and I mention that I have some sun spots on my face. She takes one quick glance then starts talking extensively about laser removal without asking me if I even wanted them removed. She is breathy and chaotic. Also she rushed me out and I mentioned I had a couple more concerns with my face and she said oh this is too much normally patients come in for many appointments. I had to process this but she goes, 'Oh I see you're annoyed, would you like to schedule more appointments?'. Overall, unprofessional, only rants about retinol even though I told her I don't like it, and doesn't spend anytime actually looking or listening.

She was so great ! So glad I was referred to her. She was knowledgeable, friendly, took time and listened and answered all my questions

The most brilliant doctor I have ever seen .diagnosed me immediately after 8 years of misdiagnosis and my skin in now clear. I look and feel so much better thanks to Dr. Fine

I attempted to see Dr Fine today for an initial consultation, but that didn't happen because they booked me in the office calendar for the wrong day. There was no confusion on my part because I distinctly remember my appointment being on Friday the 13th and I repeated back the appoint time to confirm with the person I had booked it with. Dr Fine, you lost a patient without even meeting them. I'd consider addressing this issue with your staff if I were you.
