Disgraceful, unprofessional and just RUDE!! Patient STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE !

I have been seeing the dr for years. I recently took my daughter to be seen and while waiting in her waiting room I overheard the receptionist on a personal phone call. She was talking about the overweight person who just walked in with her daughter. After thinking it through I marched myself back to speak to the dr. I told her how rude and hurtful her receptionist was. Her response was that she was back in the room and was not the one who said it. Pretty much that she was not the one to blame. I told her that her staff is a reflection on her. Walking out I told the receptionist that I heard conversation and my family would not be back. She only said sorry. Nice that she apologized but it should have never happened. I told her I teach toddlers and the first thing we teach them is to be kind.

Absolutley awful, had a true emergency and called after hours emergency number. Doctor called me back beyond annoyed and was rude and no help in any way. Her hours are awful, her receptionist is rude and the wait time for her minimal skill is a joke. Do not offer an after hours emergency number if you have no interest in helping someone or the slightest ability to even be kind. Not really that great/helpful.

Receptionist was rude and won't take anyone until after January even if it is an emergency!

She is great but consistently scheduled 6 months out.

The woman at the desk asked for my insurance card and I started filling out paperwork. She asked if I got a referral which I completely forgot! Rudely: "Well, you need one" and handed the card back. I tried calling for the referral, but the office wasn't open yet. The woman said “Okay well you’ll need to reschedule,” and that was that. I waited a month for this app. to address a problem as well as drove 25 min from my house simply because a dr recommended them. Waste of time. Will not reschedule

I've been her patient for the last 7 years. She is a real 5 star doctor. What else can i say?
