I had a wonderful experience at Dr Romes office. The staff went the extra mile so I could get a better oxygen respirator quickly. They answered all my questions and were a delight. Thanks, thanks, thanks

Unfortunately, I never made it to see Dr. Rome. In the beginning of June, I scheduled an appointment for September 2nd. I called on August 16th to confirm the time as it was not populating in my online profile. The admin told me they tried to contact me to say my appointment could not move forward due to Dr. Rome being in ICU. I never received any contact, but the admin insisted this was somehow my fault. To fix the solution, they said the earliest they could then see me as January 2022. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing. I'm sure Dr. Rome is great, but the Pulmonology admin team is certainly not. I even went back to my friend who referred me here after this happened, and she said "yea, the staff isn't the most helpful or organized."

I have been under Dr. Rome's care for about two years now. I have severe Asthma and she has helped me work through it. She even went so far as to suggest seeing another Pulmonologist to get an alternative point of view on treatment. The entire staff is a pleasure to deal with as well.

I have been dealing with pulmonologists for most of my life and Dr Rome is by far one of the best. She knows her stuff, is not afraid to attempt new things and is straight forward in her approach. I highly recommend her to anyone who actually wants to breathe better.
