Lawrence Ross Clarke

I can’t say anything negative about Dr. Clarke after my experience. Suffered with dizziness for 3 years and as soon as I got a test done he was able to fix it.

Dr Clarke is a kind and excellent doctor. He has never been wrong in diagnosing my complex medical conditions. People do complain about the wait times, but I think it is because they do not turn people away, and if you look, Dr. C is one of only a couple ENT who take HMO insurance in Houston. I think his staff are amazing. I never meet the most caring staff especially the lite lady asst . Dr Clarke is a teddy bear and sooooo smart. He will take care of problems. I won't go any where else.

Dr.Clarke was my ENT about 15 years ago I used to see him when I was in high school for allergy shots. They helped me so much I’m so thankful that my parents an took time to take me to see Dr.Clarke because those allergy shots helped me to where I never had allergy problems like I did as an adolescent.

Dr Clarke is an excellent doctor I don't know how he could be any better I know people have different opinions and different expectations of what they want their doctor to be but he is nice to the point and correctly diagnosis and fixes your problem you can't get any better in my book and his office staff have always been helpful and efficient and friendly..

Great staff. Very caring in person and over the phone. Competent and complete care. Happily recommend.

Dr Lawrence Clarke's office was super nice, very attentive and Dr Clark was very thorough and informational about my issue. I recommend his office and his service to any patient needing his service.

Dr Clarke is a VERY caring Dr. He’s Excellent about telling you the outcome of any tests & what the plan of action will be. He recognized my problems & allergy tested me (I’m allergic to everything!) but I did the allergy shots & I'm much better! HE’S VERY thorough & considerate & takes the time to answer any questions you might have! He & his staff have always treated me with dignity & respect! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Such a waste of time. I got to my appt 30 min early only to wait an hr past my appointment. Since i have to be in school at 430 i couldnt wait any longer. Whats the point of an appointment when you cant be seen at that time

My mom took my 82 year old, wheelchair bound , dementia suffering grandmother here after she was reassured her appointment time to get her ears cleaned. They waited for an hour and a half to be seen by the doctor. When the wait time was addressed with The doctor, he had the audacity to say “we have patients that have actual pain and problems. Your mother is just here for an ear cleaning”. I have never been more appalled by the rudeness. After reading the reviews here, it doesn’t look like he treats ANY of his patients, even the ones he deems “in pain” with respect. When checking out, he requested they have a follow up appointment in 3 weeks. Absolutely NOT. we will never return to an office and a doctor that treats people like that. Dr. and staff are professional, helpful. Very satisfied with service, and follow-up care. Dr. was available for and problems or questions after office hours! The office can do just about anything there: hearing tests, allergy testing, allergy shots, surgeries, etc.

The absolute best ENT Doctor you'll ever encounter. Extraordinarily effective, competent, and knowledgeable. Dr. Clarke and his staff are all incredibly polite and caring, not to mention exceptionally qualified and experienced. Takes the time to be thorough and explain what’s going on with your health. Answers questions and is extremely honest. Very knowledgeable and accurate.

My mom has been to him for a couple of rare diagnosis that only he could figure out after visiting several other doctors. He is very smart and knows his profession! I now have been going to him myself!

This is the BEST Doctor on the planet. Look no further. He has been so great with me. Done everything and more than I expected. His nurse and staff are equally commendable!!!

I've been going to Dr. Clark for years. He is the best in our area. In fact I've moved further away and srill will travel back to see him if I'm sick. Not sure what staff member got him ranked at 3 but his staff has always been nice to me.

Dr Clarke is great. My daughter is doing allergy shots. He has a great bedside manner. His office staff are all great with patients. Very easy to make appointments. Also does hearing test in office.

Dr. Lawrence Clarke is the best doctor I have ever been to.. I have been going to him for 15 years.. The first time I went to Dr. Clarke I had previously went to literally 7 different doctors to get a diagnosis and treatment plan and not one doctor could diagnosis the problem I was in a bad situation and getting worse and thanks to Dr. Clarke's wealth of knowledge he diagnosed and put me on the right treatment plan and I was well in a week he has diagnosed and treated me for several other things through the years and always right on target...i am so grateful I found this wonderful doctor... I have been suffering for almost a year and have gone to several different doctors. Dr. Clarke was thorough and got to the cause instead of treating the symptoms. His staff, as well as himself, were polite and professional. I would highly recommend him!

Doctor Clarke is an amazing and kind doctor. He is very thorough and takes his time with you and will answer any questions or concerns you might have. Worst ear doctor ever

I thought the staff was very unprofessional...after paying copay, was told that the person that handles the money was at lunch and he would give us our change when he returned & would get our recipient with our change...he never came back whe we were there! The Dr. said hearing was bad and ha fed us 3-4 pamphlets, never talked bout what options or the extent of hearing loss...we we're in and out in less than an hour...I won't go there anymore...I called them and told that guy that kept my money to mail it and my receipt I thought the staff was very unprofessional...after paying copay, was told that the person that handles the money was at lunch and he would give us our change when he returned & would get our recipient with our change...he never came back … More

Doctor was informative and helpful but the Hispanic girl that answers the phone is completely unprofessional. Her poor attitude and negative tone on the phone earn this place 3 stars. She needs to be moved to housekeeping.

He is an awesome Dr. He has always been there for me and stuck with me through everything. He even helped me find a Dr to diagnose another problem that wasn't even in his field. He did it because he was concerned about all my weight loss. If more doctors were like him we could all get our trust in them back. Highly recommend him!

He was a very nice doctor but his staff was the rudest people i have ever met he lost 2 patients because of his rude staff. I was only 15 minutes late due to traffic and the front desk lady argued that i was 20 minutes late she could have still token me in.
