The most unhelpful doctor I have ever been seen by. I made an appointment with him for a checkup and a mental health referral as I deal with severe PTSD. He kept asking why I wanted to see a âshrinkâ, asked multiple times about my plans for children (Im 20 and didnât mention this in any way), rushed through my appointment and barely asked me anything relevant, and his dismissive advice for my escalating symptoms was to drink more water and be happier. What a joke. I never heard from his office after this appointment, so now five months later I gave Glenn County Medical Center a call and found out that despite it being the entire purpose of my visit he and his office never bothered to submit my referral or check in with me at any point after the visit. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor, especially to female patients.

Dr. HIghman is very thorough in his examinations and testing. Hebis easy to talk to and answers my questions.

Very thorough, thoughtful, detail oriented & efficient. Doctor is pretty reserved & detailed oriented, friendly, sincerely cares about his patients, & straightforward. Michelle, his nurse, is extremely polite & friendly, sincerely cares, & is very efficient.
