My husband & I have both been patients for quite a while. Both Dr Levy and his staff are all wonderful.

When comforting my nervous 7year old who was getting a retainer for the first time, I was pulled away by Dr Levy and told to let the staff do their job and to go sit down and play on my phone. Since the office is open plan and to avoid a scene I turned on my heel and went back to my daughter totally disregarding how I’d just been spoken too. The female staff members are wonderful, sorry to leave but we won’t be back.

Went in for a general consultation. (I had braces 10+ years ago from out of state ortho) Dr. Levy and his team gave me clear advise, which was actually that I do not need service for my teeth! Pleasant news and it was even better that they took the time to explain everything to me without trying to get me to pay for something I don't need. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you! My personal experience at Dr. Levy's office is absolutely exceptional. If you are looking for a maven. This is the orthodontist to choose. No matter the crinkum-crankum, condition, or circumstances of your teeth Dr. Levy is a factotum he will be able to land the plane because he is breviloquent. I am twitter patted with the outcome. My teenage daughter has completed her 18 month correction process via braces. Payment plan was fair and easy to stick to. The visits went smoothly, my daughter never had any reason to complain. At the end of every visit, Dr Levy would take the time to give me a quick recap of the progress and what he expects in the coming months.

We are a family of kids with braces and have been to other orthodontists for a few years. They were fine, but it was not personalized care. One visit to Dr. Levy’s office resulted in a great experience. From the moment we stepped into the office, through the consult, x-rays, and the entire appointment, it was patient centered care. Have been so very happy here, and am glad I chose this office for treatment. The entire staff is amazing. The front desk is super friendly. Rose has been an incredible help with setting up affordable payments. The dental assistants always get me seated on time, and Dr. Levy never rushes my visit and takes time to explain what he is doing. My teeth are already looking so much better!

Excellent professionalism during the braces process on our teenager. From the front desk to Dr Levy himself, everything went great and is highly recommended.

Love this office, it runs on time! We never have to wait past our appointment time and the staff is super friendly. My daughter's teeth are already looking so much better and we're not even done with the braces.

I had my braces taken off a little over 4 years ago. During treatment, Dr. Levy and his team were fantastic; I thought I couldn’t have had better care. I wore my retainers correctly, and after I was told I could switch to wearing them to just nights, I did so. Over the course of a year after that I noticed it was hard to put my retainers back in at night - I’d have to painfully bite down to get them to stay in (and I was wearing them everyday!). It wasn’t even 12 months after having them taken off that I noticed gapping. Soon enough, I couldn’t put them back in, it was getting too painful to do so. I couldn’t understand why my teeth were gapping, slowly but surely, considering I had the bonded wire behind my two front teeth. By then I had moved back to my home state and I asked my dentist why this was occurring - he said the bonded wire was never bonded correctly in the first place. This caused all of my teeth to shift, not just the two front teeth. I told Dr. Levy about this and he accused me of never wearing my retainer, stating “oh, well, when you move, things can fall through the cracks.” So he took no accountability for this even though the proof was right there - if the wire were bonded correctly my teeth wouldn’t have moved even if I didn’t wear my retainer. I am now getting braces AGAIN, paying for them AGAIN, and going through pain AGAIN. Shame on you Dr. Levy, and no I would not recommend this place. Visits for years. Never any conflicts. Had an appliance issue, and office secretary, Rose, came on the phone one day and asked, "What do you want now?! That did it for me, and I can no longer recommend this office. Rude front desk behavior is not acceptable for a medical and/or dental practice.

If there was an option to give less than 1 I would select it. Staff was not very friendly and doctor was very condescending. Buyer beware.
