New patient for Dr. Woodall whom my family member talked so highly about. Drove almost an hour in a car. got there they required masks. Noone told me. I cannot medically wear one. I can prove that. But they refused my kids service for my medical health problems not being capable of wearing a mask even tho I know for a fact that we dont have covid and my son needed his medication thats why we were  there was for an appointment to get  in with dr  ontop of new patient with my other child . I had 3 kids with me.  They kept hanging up on me bc i was upset trying to figure out how my kids can be seen. Then they told me they refused my service and i need to call back to reschedule. Then call police for me sitting in parking On phone with my kids right there all in car. When they could have came out or called my phone asking me to leave premises.  No instead they SCARRED my kids.  The lady in front and nurse were not caring or understanding that i have rights too for my health. I should be able to take my kids to dr reguardless of my medical issues and I cannot wear a mask that is fact proven! That is infracturing upon my rights as an American as well as a human being. Besides the long wait it’s a great office. But you’ll sit in the waiting room for an hour

I love this dr office they are friendly and they really do care about you i have been coming here since I was a kid and my whole family goes its really like a family there

Great doctors, sweet people.

Awesome staff, Very helpful. I felt like I was talking to a real person not a robot. Doctor Wilson is really down to earth, and gives you no BS. I like that.
