There WAS NO visit. I called at 8:15 AM and asked that a nurse call me back. I was...and still am.....experiencing 8 level pain in my left shoulder...a flare of bursitis or arthritis. I explained to the receptionist that I really just need a prescription for the pain. At 2PM I called back and was told that "we're waiting for the doctor to get back to us. BTW, we close at 3PM" No phone call. Nothing. The lack of courtesy or concern is breathtaking. It seems that they do everything they cab NOT to see you...hoping or even telling you to go to the ER. Of course, The ER gets indignant that you grace their presence with a non-emergent problem. I can assure you, I will never be seen by Dr. Maxwell in the future

Fantastic family dr. She listens and follows up on her patients. She gives you choices and doesn’t push prescriptions. I would highly recommend her.
