Ms. Lenny Lynne Lunden

It's hard to put in words how Amazing Lenny is as a counselor and a person in general. She is more educated in the human brain than any other counselor I've seen. She helps you understand how the conscious and subconscious mind work. She does inner child healing which is wonderful. She helps you understand your triggers and what each emotion does for us. I absolutely adore Lenny and I owe it to her for all my progress. I was in mental prison for so long and couldn't imagine living a productive life until I did the work with Lenny. Just in one technique she helped my son thrive. He is on the right track now. Lenny has been here for the both us and were so grateful. She taught me how to set boundaries with my mom something I NEVER thought I could do and now my life is less stressful. Lenny is special and one of a kind.

Where do I even begin? I believe in divine appointments and people crossing your path to learn. In this case, after calling 9 different counselors on my health insurance website, Lenny was the 10th call. Thank GOD... I thought I might die from a broken heart as the separation from my husband was MUCH worse than my breakup experience in high school. It’s been two years since I started Lenny’s program to healing and I can’t believe how much I am flourishing in both my professional and personal life. I opted to have her help my kids too through our difficult family transition and they too are better. Lenny is best known as our earth angel. Trust her process.

Lenny is very unprofessional. The only two sessions we attended, she spent the first 15 minutes feeding her dogs/birds. During sessions, she spends 90%+ of the time talking about her life and invites little if any feedback from participants. She tends to unfairly interrupt participants and tends to make hasty/unfair assumptions. She dictates rather than listen and invite constructive dialogue. It almost felt we were in a therapy session for her rather than for us. She made our situation worse.

Very well trained, non judgmental, deep insight, best I've seen
