Condescending!

She is rude, mean, doesn’t listen, and raises her voice to patients when they are trying to talk to her about their care.

Dr. Strickland does not listen. She talks over you and minimizes concerns She is very rude.

Worst doctor ever! Rude, condescending and arrogant with little regard for her patients feelings or concerns. A mean woman .

I very much like and respect Dr. Strickland, been seeing her for almost two years. She is a good listener and very thorough.

If this is the same Dr. Strickland I'm seeing in Canton NY all the other reviews are spot on for what I'm receiving from her. First visit was productive, I thought I'd found a doctor who's willing to listen to me, and who is willing to use integrative treatments. But that wasn't the case after then, the second visit was very condescending, dominating, and brash. To the point, I just shut up and not listened to her, just had the thought that I'm going to find another doctor before I get too far into this and get everything all screwed up. She nor her staff listen to you the patient! If this is the same doctor who may have relocated to Canton NY, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to her! Everyone deserves dignity and respect, you won't get that with her nor her staff!

Bad attitude, unprofessional, would not shut up and listen. Insisted that I must be imagining a problem, despite the fact that I brought photographic evidence with me, but refused to look at it. Told me to relax while simultaneously arguing with me instead of being supportive, only making things worse. I had a traumatic injury and received no compassion. She finally raised her voice at me and then left the room and never returned. Doctor and office staff frequently ignore messages submitted via online portal. She does have a really nice and sensible nurse, at least. Avoid this woman.

What a major major disappointment!!! First visit was very good.. Second appointment was a disaster. After we finished talking briefly about the reason for my appointment, I brought up a major issue I was having and she let loose on me. She was rude, arrogant and condescending with her feelings on the subject. Said she could see me in two weeks because the rest of her week was busy and she was going on vacation the next. Then she proceeded to go on a HUGE rant about how busy her practice is and how she was already late for her next patient. She said that the hospital has expectations that prevent her from spending a lot of time with each patient- blah blah blah. NOT my problem. She had time to rant but not help me. I left in tears and swore I'd NEVER go back. She lacks the heart for this profession. I truly felt that I was 10 and just had the worst lecture of my life. I felt far worse leaving than when I entered. If you are looking for a Doctor with compassion - stay away.

My wife and I just recently saw this so called doctor. We will never ever see this person again. I have been dealing with the medical industry for a long time. 18 major surgeries. We have met a lot of doctors and nurses along the way. This woman did not want to hear anything we had to say came up with a medical plan without seeing our records. She was very condescending! She should find another line of work! Perhaps an embalmer at a funeral home!!!!!

Most condescending doctor I have been to. She did not listen to my full questions. Instead she cut me off once she jumped to the conclusion that she thought I was asking for. Dismissed serious heath concerns without doing any tests. Don't waste your time with this non-provider.

Initially seemed to provide decent care but quickly started blaming all my health concerns on my weight. When requesting to see a specialist she refused, stating they didn't see people for my issue. Which I found out later was incorrect, when I saw them in the same clinic as hers--two doors down from the exam room she uses. She knew they did and was on a total power trip denying me. She formed an opinion about me and refused to listen or respect my concerns. Simply awful.

If I could give her a zero star, I would. I have never seen such a disrespectful, rude, accusatory (with ZERO reason) Doctor. She seemed to form an opinion about me, before meeting me, and treated me in the same manner. I wouldn't take a trapped New York rat to see her.
