I loved doing business with the doctor at first. He is competent, efficient and effective with his care and resolved my foot pain issue. That said when I moved away from the area (less than 6 months after my last visit) and asked his staff to mail me my prescription foot inserts they refused. They said it is not their policy to mail anything to patients. Well I'm in town on Friday's sometimes but they are closed on Friday's as well so I can't stop in. When did medical care go from taking care of the patient to making me the patient ask my friends or family to take off work to take care of my issues? The staff litterally said I needed to ask someone local to come to their office and take care of my issue... ehh..really? Isn't that why I pay your office in the first place? You can't send the prescription to someplace at my new state for them to fill it? I know there aren't allot of podiatrist in the area , and you are probably not hueting for clients, however maybe more companys should ask how they are punishing their clients for doing business with them.
