I tried to follow her from her old clinic. The front desk gal said she’s not taking new patients. I would have to see a PA This was after they requested my records? She was very short and rude- stating maybe this office may not be right for me? Time to clean house Doc

Dr Lisa Rothgerry and staff are the best that anyone could ask for. Real down to earth and as professionals go, you're getting the best that anyone could ever ask for.

She does not follow up. They don't answer the phone and rarely get back to you when you leave a message or contact through their backend. If they do, it’s certainly not in a timely manner. In addition to her cancelling appointments, she mis-diagnosis a lot and has poor referrals to outside doctors. I finally left. WORST OF ALL, I’M STILL DEALING WITH INSURANCE COVERAGE ISSUES DUE TO THEIR USING WRONG BILLING CODES (my annual physicals ARE covered 100%, including labs. I’m having coverage issue since they did not code the labs as annual physical labs. I’ve. contacted them close to a dozen times about it).

I have been with Dr. Lisa Rothgery for several years now, I did leave her for a short bit to find a doctor closer to where I live but did not feel the connection to the new doc that I have always felt with Dr. Lisa, they are a small practice and do the very best that they can. I hope she is my doctor for a very long time to come! She is a very kind and caring soul and I trust her with my health.

Dr Lisa was good when she was in the clinic attached to Parker Adventist but since then she can not grasp any complex diagnoses. When she did absolutely nothing for my rare genetic condition I would sit in her office and cry. I was crying about her inability to doctor me. She sent me to a psychiatrist instead of a specialist for my rare genetic condition. I changed docs and now go weekly to pt, ot and pt specific for my connective tissue disorder that is all overseen by a physiatrist, the exact doc she told me I shouldn't see. If you aren't qualified maybe next time don't toss information aside about it. She can't admit when she doesn't understand a disease and she will make you pay the price. Her office staff is rude as well. On top of all that they tried to bill me for appointments with her therapist that were canceled well in advance. It's weird how they make you the bad guy when they can't do the job you hire them for and I will never stop being upset by this.

I am no longer Dr. Rothgery's patient but the greeting says it all. It says they are a small practice an can't answer the phone and if you leave a message they will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. Just don't count on it. When I was a patient I opted to drive to the office and waited there to speak to this apparently VERY VERY busy medical receptionist that may take 2 DAYS or never to return phone calls!

Dr. Rothgery is a very knowledgable physician with patience and remarkable bedside manner. She has been my doctor for a number of years and has managed a genuine interest in my health and well being while respecting my need of balance using pharmaceutical and preventative care (via alternative medicine). I highly recommend her!

I found Dr. Rothgery extremely thorough and personal. Very thankful to have found her!

Let me be clear that this review is not necessarily based on Dr. Rothgery but rather her staff. I have NEVER had to deal with a more incompetent team of individuals. While Dr. Rothgery was very thorough and professional - her staff has ruined the experience for me. I cannot get any prescriptions refilled - even after the pharmacist has called and I have followed up. Now I am in a panic without my prescriptions.

Dr. Rothgery was very personable and genuine. She spent a good amount of time getting to know me and my background. And, she took the time to discuss specific care situations and treatments.

Dr Rothgery has an excellent bedside manner, backed up with the skills and knowledge of an experienced physician.
