I had needed an emergency appointment for an abscess tooth. I am new to the area and have not found a dentist yet. From the moment I called the staff we friendly and helpful. Originally they did not have an appointment but called back when they had a cancelation and got me right in. There was hardly a wait when I arrived for my appointment, just enough time to fill out the new patient paperwork. There was a quick exam to determine a course of action and some x-rays to confirm. I was asked if I wanted something to read while we waited for them to develop. Very kind and caring and attentive. The doctor had a great sense of humor and was very nice. We agreed to pull the tooth and it was the most pleasant tooth pulling I have ever had. Barley any pain. The doctor tried to remove as much of the infection as she could to reduce my chipmunk cheek that was holding on to a grapefruit. I was given care instructions verbally by dr. I’ve had many dentists over the years. I’d recommend her to anyone. She is very good.

All I did was call and try to get in for an emergency, and switch from my dentist to their practice. When I told the receptionist I had 2 insurance providers, and what they were, she said no, we're a closed practice to that. Sorry. Well, the website says they take both, Delta and Emblem, must be they don't need the business.
